Good morning sweeties!

It seems like the sun has come back and it´s starting to smell like spring. I´ve missed the sunny days so much… I´m already over winter and I just want to wear spring and summer pieces.

Today´s look is pretty easy and simple featuring a summer piece during the winter season. I love stripped prints and I think they look really cute and minimal. I decided to style some stripped pants with a black crop top and a longline grey coat.

Since the outfit was very plain with black and white tones I decided to add a pop of color with my red lipstick. A very cute look that´s perfect to wear to the office. What do you think?

Parece que el sol ha vuelto y ya empieza a oler a primavera. He echado tanto de menos los días de sol… Ya estoy cansada del invierno y sólo pienso en ponerme mis prendas de primavera y verano.

El look de hoy es muy fácil y simple en el que combino una prenda de verano durante el invierno. Me encantan los estampados de rayas y creo que quedan ideales y muy minimalistas. Decidí ponerme unos pantalones de rayas con un crop top negro y un abrigo largo gris oscuro.

Como el look era bastante plano con tonos en blanco y negro decidí añadir un toque de color con los labios en rojo. Un look ideal para llevar a la oficina. ¿A vosotros qué os parece?

Monochrome Print

Good morning lovelies!

One of my favorite prints has always been black and white grid check. I love how minimalistic and simple it looks but still really chic and stylish. It´s a ver easy print that you can style with a lot of pieces and even mix and match with other prints like animal print for example.

This time I decided to style my monochrome grid check scarf with an all black outfit. A pair of black skinny jeans, a black longline duster coat and some platform loafers. I added a mild pop of color with a dark green bag and completed the look with a beige Fedora hat to make it look a lot more chic and urban.

I love wearing this kind of outfits to work since I feel very comfortable but stylish and put together at the same time. Hat and scarf is one of my favorite combinations at the moment. What do you think?

Uno de mis estampados favoritos desde siempre es el geométrico en blanco y negro. Me encanta el estilo minimalista y simple, pero chic y estiloso al mismo tiempo. Es un estampado muy fácil de combinar con muchas prendas y de mezclar con otros estampados como el animal print, por ejemplo.

Esta vez decidí combinar una bufanda de cuadros monocolor con un look en negro. Unos vaqueros pitillo negros, abrigo largo en este mismo color y unos mocasines de plataforma. Añadí un toque de color muy sutil con un bolso en verde oscuro y completé el outfit con un sombrero Fedoras en beige, un toque urbano y muy chic.

Me encanta llevar este tipo de looks al trabajo. Me siento cómoda, pero bien vestida al mismo tiempo. La combinación de sombrero y bufanda es una de mis favoritas del momento. ¿Vosotros qué opináis?

Rocking my Palazzos

Good morning lovelies!

I´ve been looking for some good quality black Palazzo pants for the longest time. I didn´t own any Palazzo pants since the white ones you´ve seen me wearing in some outfits are a jumpsuit. So when I saw these ones in the Asos website I had to get them.

They´re very nice quality and the fit is great so I´m super happy with them. Since the day wasn´t too cold I decided to wear them with a long sleeve white t-shirt and a leather jacket on top. I added a studded bag that matches the rocker vibe of the leather jacket and completed the look with some silver rings. Simple and easy but still very chic. What do you think?

He estado buscando unos buenos pantalones Palazzo en negro un montón de tiempo. No tenía ningunos pantalones de este tipo, ya que los blancos que me habéis visto en algunos outfits son un mono en realidad. Por ello, cuando vi estos en Asos no pude resistirme y los compré.

Son de muy buena calidad y sientan de cine. Estoy contentísima con ellos. Como el día no era demasiado frío, decidí combinarlos con una camiseta blanca de manga larga y una chaqueta de cuero por encima. Añadí un bolso de tachuelas que acompaña el toque rockero de la chaqueta y completé el look con algunos anillos en plata. Simple y sencilla, pero aún así muy chic. ¿Qué os parece?

Black Textures

Good morning lovelies!

When I´m wearing monochrome looks I always try to play with different textures to give the outfit a bit more dimension. Textures like leather, fur, mohair, suede or velvet are great to combine.

This time I decided to wear a fluffy black sweater with some leather pants. I love this combo for winter because it keeps me really warm and cozy. On my feet I went for some platform loafers and completed the look with an oversized denim jacket that brights up the blackness of the outfit.

Lastly, I completed the look with some cat eye sunglasses and a big bag to carry all my work stuff. A very easy and basic outfit that´s great for casual Fridays. Hope you like the post!

Cuando llevo looks monocolor me gusta jugar con diferentes texturas para darle al conjunto una mayor dimensión. Tejidos como el pelo, el ante o el terciopelo son perfectos para mezclar.

Esta vez decidí ponerme un jersey de pelo negro con unos pantalones de cuero negros. Me encanta esta combinación en invierno porque me resguarda mucho del frío. En los pies aposté por unos mocasines de plataforma y completé el look con una chaqueta vaquera oversized que rompe con la monotonía del negro.

Por último, le di el último toque con unas gafas de sol ojo de gato y un bolso grande negro que me permite llevar todas mis cosas cuando bajo a trabajar. Un conjunto sencillo y fácil ideal para los viernes informales. ¡Espero que os guste!

Hand Harness

Good morning lovelies!

Today I want to talk about one of my favorite accessories at the moment: hand harnesses. I´ve been wanting a hand harness for the longest time but I dindn´t want to pay too much for a trendy accessory that´s going to go out of fashion any time soon. When H&M came out with these hand harnesses I went immediately and bought one. I chose this gold one with pearls because pearls are also super in trend at the moment. I think this accessory looks super cool with any kind of look adding that little something that I always try to go for. Also, I love that oriental vibe that hand harnesses have and I think they look gorgeous. I´m now looking for a silver one to style with my silver jewelry. The look is pretty basic and monochrome with some black skinnies, a white tee and a black and white moto jacket. Lastly, I went for a pair of clogs to keep it all casual but stylish at the same time. Hoy quiero habaros de uno de mis accesorios favoritos del momento: las cadenas para la mano. He querido una durante muchísimo tiempo, pero no quería pagar mucho porque sé que es un accesorio que se acabará pasando de moda tarde o temprano. Cuando H&M sacó algunas cadenas de mano, fui inmediatamente a por una. Elegí esta dorada con perlas porque las perlas también están muy de moda ahora. Creo que este complemento queda ideal con cualquier look y añade ese pequeño detalle diferente que siempre busco en mis conjuntos. Además, me encanta el aire oriental que inspiran y creo que son preciosas. Ahora estoy buscando una en plateado para combinar con mis accesorios en plata. El look es bastante básico y monocromático con jeans negros, camiseta blanca y chaqueta vaquera en blanco y negro. En los pies aposté por unos zuecos para mantener el outfit casual, pero chic al mismo tiempo. ¡Espero que os guste!

Skull Clutch

Good morning beautiful!

Today I want to show you a more fall appropriate outfit that I wore a couple of days ago when the sun disappeared and the cold and the rain suddenly arrived. October is such a crazy month weather wise. I don´t know if I´m going to wear a more summery or wintery outfit until I wake up in the morning. Today´s look started very monochrome with some high waisted leggings and a black sweater. I added a bit more color with the denim jacket and the navy blue clutch. You all know I´m crazy for skulls so when I saw this clutch I had to get it. Black and navy blue is one of my favorite combos at the moment. Lastly, I went for some platform boots because the´re the best shoes for rainy days. Hope you like it!

Hoy quiero enseñaros un look mucho más otoñal que aproveché para ponerme hace un par de días cuando el sol nos dejó y llegó el invierno de repente. Octubre es un mes de un tiempo muy inestable. No sé si me voy a poner más o menos prendas hasta que me levanto por la mañana. El look de hoy tiene una base bastante monocromática con unos leggings en blanco y negro y un jersey negro. Añadí algo de color con la chaqueta vaquera y el clutch en azul marino. Ya todos sabéis que las calaveras me vuelven loca, por lo que tuve que comprarme esta cartera según la vi. Además, el negro y el azul marino es una de mis combinaciones favoritas del momento. Por último, aposté por unas botas de plataforma en los pies porque son perfectas para los días lluviosos. ¡Espero que os guste!

Baggy Pants

Good morning cuties!

I have to admit that culottes are just my thing, I love them. Every time I see a look with a pair of culottes I fall in love immediately. I think these kind of pants are the coolest ever and they´re so comfy. I like to wear them in casual everyday outfits but also in a fancier way like for a meeting or to go to work. This time I decided to show you a look in which I style a pair of culottes in a more dressed up way. I´ve already said you that basic sweaters are my closet essential because I wear them almost everyday during the fall/winter season. For today´s look I went for a pair of black culottes with a grey sweater and some chunky heel mules. The perfect outfit to go to work or a meeting. I love how formal but easy this outfit is and I think is pretty comfy and wearable. Lastly, I completed the look by adding a monochrome bag and a small belt. What do you think?

He de admitir que los culottes son mi prenda estrella, me encantan. Cada vez que veo un look con este tipo de pantalones me llama la atención inmediatamente. Creo que son una pasada y además comodísimos. Me gusta llevarlos en conjuntos informales para el día a día, pero también de forma más elegante para ir a una reunión o al trabajo. Esta vez he querido enseñaros un look en el que visto más los culottes. Ya os he dicho que los jerséis básicos son un imprescindible en mi armario porque me los pongo casi todos los días durante la temporadas otoño/invierno. En el look de hoy he combinado unos culottes negros con un jersey gris y unos zuecos de tacón grueso. El conjunto perfecto para ir a trabajar o a una reunión. Me encanta lo formal que es, pero sencillo y muy «ponible» al mismo tiempo. Por último, he completado el outfit añadiendo un bolso en blanco y negro y un cinturón fino. ¿Qué os parece?

New In: Platform Brogues

Good morning loves!

Today I changed my usual sunday inspiration post because I wanted to show you my latest purchase that haves a lot to do with other inspiration posts I´ve written before. In my «Back to School» inspiration post I talked about platform brogues and loafers because they´re the in shoe for this upcoming season. I´ve still haven´t bought a pair of good loafers yet but I already bought some brand new white brogues. They have a platform and they´re patent finish. I have to break them in a little bit until they are comfy enough to walk in them all day long. I love that monochrome sole with the black line and I think they look super cool with almost any outfit. I´m going to wear them non stop because they add a very nice tomboyish vibe to the looks. I found them at Stradivarius and they were 40 euros. What do you think?

Hoy he cambiado mi habitual post de inspiración porque quería enseñaros mi última adquisición, ya que tiene que ver con otros post de inspiración que he escrito antes. En el post «Back to School» os hablaba de los mocasines y los zapatos Oxford de plataforma porque son el zapato de moda para esta nueva temporada. Sigo en la búsqueda de un buen par de mocasines, pero ya me he comprado unos Oxford en blanco. Tienen plataforma y un acabado acharolado. Todavía tengo que hacerme a ellos hasta que sean suficientemente cómodos como para caminar en ellos todo el día. Me encanta la suela moncoromática con esa raya negra y creo que quedan de cine con casi cualquier look. Me los voy a poner muchísimo porque me gusta mucho el rollo masculino que tienen. Los encontré en Stradivarius por 40 euros. ¿Qué os parecen?

Midi Dress Part II

Good morning sweeties!

It seems like the fall does´t want to arrive and the days are still super hot here in Madrid. I´m a bit tired of this warm weather and want to get out my cozy sweaters and coats from the closet. Last week I showed you this same dress but in a more fancier and put together look. This time I want to show you how to dress down such a versatile piece and create a very casual and wearable look, perfect for lazy days. I changed the heel sandals and went for a pair of cool sneakers. I love pairing fancy dresses with casual trainers for a casual chic outfit. Then, I added a Panama hat for a more summery vibe. Do you like dressing down fancy pieces?

Parece que el otoño no quiere llegar y los días siguen siendo súper calurosos en Madrid. Estoy ya un poco cansada del sol y el calor porque quiero sacar mis jerséis y abrigos ya del armario. La semana pasada os enseñé este mismo vestido en un look más elegante para el trabajo. Hoy quiero enseñaros como vestir este mismo vestido de una forma más casual y «ponible». Un vestido muy versátil que también podemos llevar en ocasiones más informales. Cambié las sandalias de tacón por unas zapatillas deportivas porque me encanta mezclar prendas que no tienen nada que ver. Así consigo ese efecto casual chic que tanto me gusta. Por último, añadí un sombrero Panamá para acompañar más a este tiempo veraniego. ¿A vosotros también os gusta mezclar prendas formales e informales?

Monochrome Textures

Good morning gorgeous!

Back to my monochrome looks with a black and white outfit that I tried to spice up a bit with a pop of red. I love adding a little touch of color to my black and white outfits because it makes them stand out a lot more. This time I thought that vibrant color would be red. I wore a red bag that I´ve had for ages and a red lipstick. Since monochrome looks can be quite boring sometimes I always like to play with textures instead. For today´s outfit I paired a white textured skirt with a black neoprene sweater. Lastly, I went for some comfy slip ons on my feet to keep it all very casual. A simple but stylish look that can be worn during this summer fall transition. Hope you like it!

De vuelta a mis looks monocromáticos con un conjunto en blanco y negro que he alegrado un poco añadiéndole un toque de rojo. Me encanta darle un toque de color a mis looks en blanco y negro porque hace que sobresalgan mucho más. Esta vez pensé que ese color llamativo podría ser el rojo, por lo que combiné un bolso rojo que tengo desde hace años y un color de labios a juego. Como los looks monocromáticos pueden ser aburridos a veces, siempre trato de jugar un poco con las texturas. Para el conjunto de hoy combiné una falda blanca de textura con un sweater negro de tejido neopreno. Por último, aposté por unas zapatillas cómodas en los pies para seguir con ese rollo casual. Un look simple, pero estiloso, perfecto para estos días de transición verano/otoño. ¡Espero que os guste!
