Are you into flatforms?

Good morning babes!

First of all, Welcome Summer!!! I want to start the week talking about a shoe type that has been my obsession for the past two years or so. I think I´m the craziest flatform lover. I´d buy them all because they’re cool, comfortable and really easy to wear. They´re just the perfect shoe! I own many types of flatforms and these lace up ones were my latest acquisition. I´ve been eyeing them for a long time since they came out and took advantage of a special sale and decided it was the perfect chance to buy them.

I have to say they´re much more comofortable than what I thought they would be. I walked in them all day long and they didn´t hurt my feet at all. I love the flatform, the laces, the color… Everything about them! You´re going to get tired of seeing them here in the blog, ha ha.

This time I decided to style them with a denim dress and a camo jacket. Denim pieces are the biggest trend right now and I´m very into it. To complete the look I went for a black mini crossbody bag and some cool cat eye sunglasses. What do you think?

Lo primero de todo, ¡¡¡¡Bienvenido Verano!!!! Quiero comenzar la semana hablando de un tipo de calzado que lleva siendo mi obsesión desde hace más de dos años. Creo que soy la mayor loca de las plataformas. Las compraría todas porque son chulas, cómodas y tan fáciles de combinar. ¡Son perfectas! Tengo plataformas de todos los tipos y este par con cordones ha sido mi última adquisición. Llevo enamorada de ellas desde que salieron y el otro día aproveché un descuento para poder comprármelas más baratas.

He de decir que son mucho más cómodas de lo que me imaginaba. Caminé el día entero con ellas y no me hicieron nada de daño. Me encanta la altura de la plataforma, los cordones, el color… ¡Todo! Os vais a cansar de vérmelas tanto por el blog, ja ja. 

Esta vez decidí combinarlas con un vestido denim y una chaqueta de camuflaje. Las prendas denim son la tendencia de la temporada y a mí me encantan. Para completar el look escogí un bolsito negro pequeño y unas gafas de sol muy llamativas. ¿Qué os parece?

The Comfiest Option

Good morning dears!

Today´s look is a lot more different to yesterday´s. My style is really versatile and always depends on my mood. I can go for a really grunge and edgy outfit or choose a more chic and girly option.

Today´s look is pretty edgy and sporty because it´s what I like to wear when I want to stay comfortable all day long. For example, this is a great option to wear on a road trip. I styled some black culottes with a white crop top and a leather moto jacket on top. On my feet I went for some sneakers to give the look that sporty touch that you can totally change by switching the sneakers for some heels or flatforms.

Lastly, I completed the look with a denim clutch with some cool patchwork going on and a nice pair of sunglasses. These are my newest acquisition from the Zero UV store which is my favorite eyewear brand. They have so many cool designs… What do you think?

El look de hoy es completamente diferente al de ayer. Mi estilo es muy versátil y siempre depende de mi humor y de lo que vaya a hacer ese día. Algunas veces apuesto por un estilo muy grunge y masculino y otras me inclino por una opción más chic y femenina.

El look de hoy es bastante masculino y deportivo porque quería ponerme algo cómodo. Por ejemplo, esta es una gran opción para llevar cuando vamos a viajar en coche. Combiné unos culottes negros con un crop top blanco y una chaqueta de cuero por encima. En los pies aposté por unas zapatillas para darle el toque deportivo, algo que podemos dejar a un lado cambiando las zapatillas por unos tacones o plataformas. 

Por último, completé el conjunto con una cartera denim con parches y unas gafas de sol muy chulas. Son mi última adquisición en Zero UV, mi tienda favorita para comprar gafas. Tienen unos diseños increíbles… ¿Qué opináis?

Summer Office Look

Good morning beautiful!

You know I always try to share some office/work outfit ideas every now and then because I think it can be really useful. That’s the point of today´s post. I want to show you how I dress up to go to work or to attend meetings when the hot months arrive.

I think it´s a little bit more difficult to wear formal clothes with this hot weather because suits and tailored trousers can be a little bit uncomfortable and make you sweat, something that none of us want… What I like to do is switch the pants for a skirt. This skirt can be whatever length you like the most. My favorite skirt length is midi and I think they look super formal and chic, perfect to wear to work.

This time I decided to style a white lace pencil skirt with a blue stripped shirt, classic and timeless. I really like how the shirt looks tucked in but you can also wear it very relaxed for a more casual look. On my feet I went for some platform sandals to stay comfortable and completed the outfit with a silver mini cross body bag. To add a slight pop of color I decided to wear a bright pink lipstick. What do you think?

Ya sabéis que siempre trato de enseñar algún look apropiado para ir a trabajar porque creo que es algo que puede resultarnos muy útil. Esa es la idea del post de hoy. Quiero enseñaros cómo me visto para ir a trabajar o asistir a alguna reunión ahora que ha llegado el calor.

Creo que es algo más complicado vestir elegante en verano porque los trajes o los pantalones largos pueden hacernos sentir incómodas y darnos mucho calor, cosa que ninguna de nosotras queremos. Lo que yo siempre hago es cambiar los pantalones por una buena falda. La falda puede ser del largo que más os guste. Mi apuesta siempre suele ser el largo midi porque creo que queda muy chic y formal, perfecto para el trabajo.

Esta vez decidí combinar una falda lápiz de encaje blanca con una camisa de rayas azul, una apuesta clásica e intemporal. Me encanta cómo queda la camisa metida por dentro de la falda, pero también podemos llevarla por fuera para darle un aire más relajado al look. En los pies aposté por unas sandalias de plataforma para estar cómoda y completé el conjunto con un bolsito pequeño en plateado. Para darle un sutil toque de color al outfit decidí llevar un rosa fucsia en los labios. ¿Qué os parece?

Good morning lovelies!

For those of you who follow me on Snapchat (username: @trendencies) you all may have seen some of the pieces I´m featuring in today’s look. I haven´t gone shopping for a long time and a couple of days ago I decided to go check out what is currently in stores instead of doing online shopping.

I picked up some new stuff and I´m really excited to start showing you some of the pieces I got. First of all, I bought this beautiful blazer from H&M. I´ve been wanting a blazer in this color for a long time now because I think it´s really versatile and wearable. Also, blazers come always very handy and it´s a great piece to have in our closets. I decided to style it very casually with some grey denim shorts and a white tee.

The second thing I bought last week was this beautiful white bag. It looks really good quality and something a high street brand would made but it´s actually from Primark and it only was 10€, such a bargain. Lastly, I completed the look with some platform caged sandals and a good pair of sunnies. What do you think?

Para aquellos que me seguís en Snapchat (usuario: @trendencies) ya habréis visto algunas de las prendas que os enseño en el look de hoy. No he ido de compras desde hace mucho y hace un par de días decidí que era hora de ir a ver qué hay por las tiendas en vez de comprar online.

Cogí algunas cositas muy interesantes y tengo muchas ganas de ir enseñándolas en el blog. Lo primero que cogí fue esta blazer en color caoba de H&M porque creo que es un color muy versátil y que pega con todo. Además, las blazer son una prenda que siempre viene bien tener, un básico en nuestro fondo de armario. Decidí combinarla en un look muy casual con vaqueros cortos grises y camiseta blanca.

Lo segundo que me compré fue este precioso bolso blanco. Es de una calidad muy decente y parece algo que podría hacer una marca de renombre, pero en realidad es de Primark y me costó solo 10€. Por último, completé el conjunto con unas sandalias de plataforma y unas gafas de sol llamativas. ¿Qué opináis?

Sweater Skirt

Good morning my loves!

What I´m showing you today is a very cool Friday night look that I created with a sweater worn as a skirt. I saw Fanny Lyckman wear this Zara sweater as a skirt and I thought it looked amazing so I gave it a go.

Sweater skirts have been a big trend during the last winter season but you can still wear them with lighter clothes like I did this time. I love how the sleeves look tied on the front and the slits on the sides make it look even more like a pencil skirt. I styled it with a white crop top and some chunky heel mules for a more chic night outfit.

To keep it all very simple and minimal I threw on a light duster coat on top in case it gets a little bit chilly at night. I didn´t wear any accessories but you can play with jewelry pieces or a colorful clutch. What do you think?

Lo que os enseño hoy es un look muy chulo a partir de un jersey puesto a modo de falda, perfecto para una noche de viernes. Vi a Fanny Lyckman llevar este jersey de Zara de una forma diferente y me pareció una idea genial, por lo que decidí probarla.

Las faldas jersey han sido una gran tendencia la pasada temporada de invierno, pero podemos seguir llevándolos siempre que los combinemos con prendas más veraniegas. Me encanta cómo quedan las mangas atadas por delante y las aberturas laterales hacen que parezca una falda lápiz. Lo combiné con un crop top blanco y unos zuecos para un look chic de noche.

Para mantener una línea simple y minimalista me puse una chaqueta larga finita en negro en caso de que haga más fresquito al caer la noche. No llevo accesorios, pero podemos jugar con algo de bisutería en plateado o alguna cartera colorida. ¿Qué opináis?

My June Favorites

Good morning guys!

Today I want to show you some of my currently favorites. I already told you white is my go-to color when the warm months arrive and these white suit pants are just perfect. I love styling them in casual chic looks but you can definitely go for more formal looks with heels and a nice shirt. Denim has always been a must have in my closet and I have so many denim pieces I can´t event count them. Denim jackets are the perfect summer outerwear because they´re super light but still keep you warm.

Lastly, lace up sandals are the trendiest shoe this season and they´re also a new favorite of mine. I have these black ones from Zara that I´m still trying to break in so they´re more comfortable to walk in. These three favorites create a very nice casual look that I completed with a nice black crop top and cool accessories like the septum ring and the round sunglasses. Which are your summer favorites?

Hoy quiero enseñaros algunos de mis favoritos de este mes. Ya os dije que el blanco es mi color estrella cuando llega el buen tiempo y estos pantalones de traje blancos son perfectos. Me encanta combinarlos en looks casual chic, pero se pueden vestir mucho más con unos buenos tacones y una camisa. El denim siempre ha sido un imprescindible en mi armario y tengo tantas prendas de este tejido que ni puedo contarlas. Las chaquetas vaqueras son la prenda de abrigo perfecta para verano porque son ligeras, pero siguen abrigando.

Por último, las sandalias de lazada son la gran tendencia de esta temporada y también son otro de mis favoritos. Tengo estas negras de Zara a las que estoy tratando de amoldarme para que me resulten más cómodas al caminar. Estos tres favoritos crean un look casual ideal que he completado con un crop top negro y accesorios como las gafas de sol redondas y el aro de septum. ¿Cuáles son vuestros favoritos para este verano?

Henna

Good morning loves!

A couple of weeks ago I organized this event with all the Arabian Embassies and it was really fun. I got to know more about their culture and took the chance to get my hand done with henna. I´ve always loved tattoos and henna designs so I didn´t have to travel to some place like Morocco because I could have my henna done at this event. It´s almost disappeared by know because it only lasts for a week or so but I´ve really enjoyed wearing it these past days.

For the look I went for a very casual summery one with a bit of a boho vibe thanks to the blouse and the henna. I styled a pair of black shorts that I recently got from Shenside with some platform slides. These shorts are the shortest I´ve ever had. They´re super tiny but I really like them. Lastly, I completed the look with a brown satchel bag and a Fedora hat. What do you think?

Hace un par de semanas organicé un evento en el que participaban todas las Embajadas Árabes y fue súper divertido. Pude conocer más sobre su cultura y aproveché la oportunidad de hacerme henna en la mano. Siempre he sido muy fan de los tatuajes y la henna y no tuve que irme muy lejos a algún país tipo Marruecos para hacérmela porque pude en este evento. Ya casi se me ha borrado porque dura un par de semanas, pero he disfrutado mucho llevándola estos últimos días.

En cuando al look aposté por algo muy casual y veraniego con cierto toque boho gracias a la blusa y la henna. Combiné unos shorts negros que me he comprado en Sheinside con unas sandalias de plataforma. Estos shorts son los más cortos que he tenido. Son diminutos, pero me encantan. Por último, completé el conjunto con un bolso tipo satchel en marrón y un sombrero Fedora. ¿Qué opináis?

My Own Business

Good morning sweeties!

I was super excited to show you this outfit and I want to start the week with something that´s really me and very my style. I´ve been eyeing for a pair of new Jeffrey Campbell´s for a long time now and I finally convinced myself to invest in some good quality summer shoes.

I love caged sandals and these brown ones are just stunning. They´re so well made… They´re comfortable and they look amazing on. I also love the track sole that makes them look more casual cool. I decided to style them with some black shorts and a white tee that says «Mind your own business», so hilarious. To put the outfit together I threw on a khaki green light jacket.

Lastly, I completed the look with a few accessories like some cool sunnies and a black fringed bag that gives a very nice boho vibe. What do you think?

Tenía muchísimas ganas de enseñaros este look y quería comenzar la semana con algo que fuese muy yo, muy de mi estilo. Llevo un tiempo pensando en comprarme unos nuevos Jeffrey Campbell y al final me convencí a mí misma para invertir en unos zapatos buenos para verano.

Me encantan las sandalias tipo cangrejeras y estas marrones son espectaculares. Están tan bien hechas… Son comodísimas y quedan genial puestas. Me encanta la suela dentada que las da un aire más cool y desenfadado. Decidí combinarlas con unos shorts negros y una camiseta que dice «Mind your own business», súper graciosa. Para terminar de completar el conjunto me puse una chaqueta verde khaki.

Por último, es turno para los accesorios y escogí unas gafas de sol chulas y un bolso de flecos negro que aporta un toque muy boho. ¿Qué os parece?

Lace Up

Good morning cuties!

Today I want to stop a minute and talk about something that always happens to me and pisses me off. I don´t know if I have super sensitive feet but there are so many shoes that hurt my feet and leave me horrible blisters. Zara shoes hurt me like the most and every time I wear a pair for the first time I take two steps and I´m already crying in pain. I don’t know if you suffer from this too but it´s the proof that fashion can really hurt sometimes. My boyfriend is always complaining because he´s constantly asking me to wear sneakers and stay comfortable rather than wearing painful shoes.

I´m talking about this because the shoes I´m showing you today are a very good example. When I first tried them on I thought they were the comfiest shoes ever but nah! After walking for about half an hour they started making me blisters everywhere. My feet have now a lot of scars and they´re all because of the shoes. Besides this, I love how they look. I hate when beautiful shoes are the most painful ones…

I decided to wear them with some navy blue culottes and an off the shoulder top. I like wearing lace up shoes with long or midi pieces because if you wear them with shorts or shorter skirts they can make your legs look huge. Lastly, I completed the look with a nice clutch and some red lips to make the look more chic and elegant. What do you think?

Buenos días monadas!

Hoy quiero pararme un rato para hablaros de algo que siempre me ha pasado y que me da mucha rabia. No sé si tengo los pies hipersensibles, pero la mayoría de zapatos suelen hacerme daño y siempre acabo con ampollas o rozaduras. Los zapatos de Zara son los más «matadores» como digo yo. Cada vez que los estreno me echo a llorar tras haber dado dos pasos. No sé si a vosotros os pasará lo mismo, pero es la prueba de que la moda a veces duele y mucho. Mi novio siempre se queja y me pide que me ponga unas zapatillas cómodas en vez de escoger siempre el calzado más doloroso.

Os hablo de esto porque los zapatos que llevo hoy son un claro ejemplo. Cuando me los probé por primera vez me parecieron comodísimos, pero erroooor. Después de caminar una media hora en ellos los pies me empezaron a doler muchísimo y me hicieron heridas por todos lados. Ahora tengo los pies llenos de cicatrices y es un horror. A pesar de esto, me parecen unos zapatos preciosos y me encantan. Cuanto más bonito es el zapato, más dolor causa.

Decidí ponérmelos con unos culottes azul marino y un top de hombros al aire. Este tipo de zapatos siempre suelo combinarlos con prendas largas o midi porque me da la sensación de que ensanchan mucho la pierna con prendas más cortas. Por último, completé el look con una cartera y unos labios en rojo para dar ese toque chic y femenino. ¿Qué os parece?

Just a casual day

Good morning beauties!

We´re having a pretty warm spring but sometimes a cold day arrives and I love creating looks for these kind of days. Trench coats are my favorite spring outerwear, they´re light but they keep you warm and aware from the rain.

Today´s look I wore it during a more chilly spring day. I went super casual with some ripped jeans, a white tee and the trench coat on top. On my feet I decided to wear some sneakers for a sporty touch and completed the look with my beloved accessories. These accessories are a pair of big sunglasses, a dainty gold hand harness with some small pearls and my Chanel 2.55. ¡Hope you like it!

Estamos teniendo una primavera muy cálida y agradable, pero a veces nos podemos encontrar con un día más frío y a mí me encantan los looks para esos días. Las gabardinas son mi prenda de abrigo favorita para primavera. Son ligeras, pero nos mantienen calientes y protegidos de la lluvia. 

El look de hoy lo llevé en un día más fresquito de primavera. Aposté por un rollo casual con vaqueros rotos, camiseta básica y la gabardina encima. En los pies me puse unas zapatillas para darle un toque deportivo al conjunto y lo completé con accesorios. Unas gafas de sol grandes, una cadena para la mano dorada con perlas chiquititas y mi Chanel 2.55. ¡Espero que os guste!
