Are you into flatforms?

Good morning babes!

First of all, Welcome Summer!!! I want to start the week talking about a shoe type that has been my obsession for the past two years or so. I think I´m the craziest flatform lover. I´d buy them all because they’re cool, comfortable and really easy to wear. They´re just the perfect shoe! I own many types of flatforms and these lace up ones were my latest acquisition. I´ve been eyeing them for a long time since they came out and took advantage of a special sale and decided it was the perfect chance to buy them.

I have to say they´re much more comofortable than what I thought they would be. I walked in them all day long and they didn´t hurt my feet at all. I love the flatform, the laces, the color… Everything about them! You´re going to get tired of seeing them here in the blog, ha ha.

This time I decided to style them with a denim dress and a camo jacket. Denim pieces are the biggest trend right now and I´m very into it. To complete the look I went for a black mini crossbody bag and some cool cat eye sunglasses. What do you think?

Lo primero de todo, ¡¡¡¡Bienvenido Verano!!!! Quiero comenzar la semana hablando de un tipo de calzado que lleva siendo mi obsesión desde hace más de dos años. Creo que soy la mayor loca de las plataformas. Las compraría todas porque son chulas, cómodas y tan fáciles de combinar. ¡Son perfectas! Tengo plataformas de todos los tipos y este par con cordones ha sido mi última adquisición. Llevo enamorada de ellas desde que salieron y el otro día aproveché un descuento para poder comprármelas más baratas.

He de decir que son mucho más cómodas de lo que me imaginaba. Caminé el día entero con ellas y no me hicieron nada de daño. Me encanta la altura de la plataforma, los cordones, el color… ¡Todo! Os vais a cansar de vérmelas tanto por el blog, ja ja. 

Esta vez decidí combinarlas con un vestido denim y una chaqueta de camuflaje. Las prendas denim son la tendencia de la temporada y a mí me encantan. Para completar el look escogí un bolsito negro pequeño y unas gafas de sol muy llamativas. ¿Qué os parece?

Henna

Good morning loves!

A couple of weeks ago I organized this event with all the Arabian Embassies and it was really fun. I got to know more about their culture and took the chance to get my hand done with henna. I´ve always loved tattoos and henna designs so I didn´t have to travel to some place like Morocco because I could have my henna done at this event. It´s almost disappeared by know because it only lasts for a week or so but I´ve really enjoyed wearing it these past days.

For the look I went for a very casual summery one with a bit of a boho vibe thanks to the blouse and the henna. I styled a pair of black shorts that I recently got from Shenside with some platform slides. These shorts are the shortest I´ve ever had. They´re super tiny but I really like them. Lastly, I completed the look with a brown satchel bag and a Fedora hat. What do you think?

Hace un par de semanas organicé un evento en el que participaban todas las Embajadas Árabes y fue súper divertido. Pude conocer más sobre su cultura y aproveché la oportunidad de hacerme henna en la mano. Siempre he sido muy fan de los tatuajes y la henna y no tuve que irme muy lejos a algún país tipo Marruecos para hacérmela porque pude en este evento. Ya casi se me ha borrado porque dura un par de semanas, pero he disfrutado mucho llevándola estos últimos días.

En cuando al look aposté por algo muy casual y veraniego con cierto toque boho gracias a la blusa y la henna. Combiné unos shorts negros que me he comprado en Sheinside con unas sandalias de plataforma. Estos shorts son los más cortos que he tenido. Son diminutos, pero me encantan. Por último, completé el conjunto con un bolso tipo satchel en marrón y un sombrero Fedora. ¿Qué opináis?

Classic Spring Look

Good morning cuties!

Today I want to show you the kind of look I go for when I have important meetings or events where I have to dress formal but still stay comfortable to work all day long. I find it very easy during the spring season because you just have to wear a cute shirt and trousers and you´re good to go.

I decided to style a blue stripped shirt with some black tailored pants. I went for an oversized shirt because I´m more comfortable and it suits my style better than a fitted one. On my feet I went for some platform sandals that give me a little bit of height but are still super comfortable to walk in. Lastly, I completed the look with a black and white bag and some retro sunnies that add a cool touch. What do you think?

Hoy quiero enseñaros el tipo de look que escojo cuando tengo que acudir a reuniones o eventos formales, pero apostando por la comodidad cuando estamos fuera de casa todo el día. Lo encuentro muy fácil en primavera porque basta con conjuntar alguna camisa bonita con unos pantalones. 

Yo decidí combinar una camisa de rayas azul con unos pantalones de traje negros. Aposté por una camisa grande y holgada porque es más cómoda y va más con mi estilo que las que son ajustadas. En cuanto al calzado, escogí unas sandalias de plataforma que me dan algo de altura, pero siguen siendo muy cómodas. Por último, completé el look con un bolso blanco y negro y unas gafas de sol retro que le dan un toque cool al conjunto. ¿Qué opináis?

Midi Dress & Ugly Shoes

Good morning guys!

I just can´t control myself when buying midi dresses. Every time I go into a store I just want to get them all, I´m obsessed. This time I want to show you my latest purchase. It´s a very basic midi dress that I bought from Pull & Bear and it was really cheap. It´s one of those staple pieces in my closet that I wear a lot because it´s very easy to throw on.

Today I decided to style it with a khaki green long jacket and some platform ugly shoes that I rescued from last summer. I used to wear them non stop and now I remember why. It´s a very comfortable outfit that I like to wear when I´m a bit lazy and don´t want to put that much effort on my look.

Lastly, I completed the outfit with some cute and summery accessories like the cat eye sunglasses and the straw bag. What do you think?

No puedo resistirme a los vestidos midi. Siempre que entro en una tienda y veo prendas de este tipo no puedo evitar comprármelas. Esta vez quiero enseñaros mi última adquisición. Es un vestido básico gris que compré en Pull & Bear y fue baratísimo. Es una de esas prendas que tengo como fondo de armario porque me pongo muchísimo. 

Hoy decidí combinarlo con una chaqueta larga en verde khaki y unas sandalias de plataforma que he rescatado del verano pasado. Fueron mi perdición y ahora recuerdo por qué. Es un outfit muy cómodo, una opción perfecta para los días en los que no queremos comernos mucho la cabeza con nuestro look. 

Por último, completé el conjunto con complementos bastante veraniegos como las gafas de sol y el bolso largo de paja. ¿Qué os parece?

Spring in the city

Good morning sweeties!

A completely different look to yesterday´s. My style is pretty versatile and always depends on my mood. This combo is what I would usually wear for a spring day in the city while running some errands.

I decided to style a black skirt with a white basic tee and a long grey blazer. I love this kind of blazers since they’re in between a normal blazer and a duster coat. It´s a great spring outerwear because it keeps you warm but´s still very airy. On my feet I went for some platform sandals that I recently got from Primark. I love the floral print in the sole that makes the sandal stand out a lot more.

Un look completamente diferente al de ayer. Mi estilo es muy versátil y siempre depende de mi humor y lo que me apetezca ponerme cuando me levanto por las mañanas. Esta combinación es perfecta para pasar un día primaveral en la ciudad.

Decidí combinar una falda negra con una camiseta blanca básica y una blazer larga. Me encantan este tipo de blazer porque están entremedias de una blazer normal y una chaqueta larga. Es una gran prenda de abrigo para primavera porque abriga, pero sigue siendo fresquita. En los pies aposté por unas sandalias blancas de plataforma que he comprado hace poco en Primark. Me encanta el estampado floral en la suela, lo que hace que llamen mucho más la atención.

Basic in stripes

Good morning gorgeous!

I love stripes and I love midi pieces so when I found this dress at Zara I couldn´t resist buying it. I think it´s a very versatile piece since you can dress it up like I did this time or wear it very casually over a bikini during the summer.

Since the stripes are white and black I thought khaki green was the perfect color to go with it. I went for a khaki green long jacket and decided to play a little bit with the accessories. I chose a big brown suede hat and some platform sandals that I´m wearing almost everyday lately.

Lastly, I added a cute and dainty gold hand harness to spice up the look a bit. I love these kind of delicate pieces that add a little something to my outfits. What do you think?

Me encantan las rayas y las prendas midi, por lo que cuando vi este vestido en Zara no pude resistirme y me lo llevé. Creo que es muy versátil porque lo podemos llevar en looks de calle o de forma muy desenfadada encima de un bikini en verano. 

Como las rayas son en blanco y negro, el verde khaki es el color que mejor combina. Aposté por una chaqueta larga verde khaki y jugué un poco con los accesorios. Escogí un sombrero de ante marrón y unas sandalias de plataforma que últimamente me he puesto prácticamente todos los días. 

Por último, añadí una pulsera dorada atada a los dedos para alegrar un poco el conjunto. Me encantan este tipo de complementos sencillos y delicados, pero que añaden un toque a los looks. ¿Qué os parece?

How I wear a turban

Good morning beauties!

Today I´m posting a more summery outfit since the weather has been amazing these days. I´ve even been able to wear skirts and dresses with bare legs. I hope this nice and sunny weather lasts for a long time.

I´m very into turbans lately. I think they´re a great accessory to wear on bad hair days and it adds a very cute twist to an outfit. I don´t have any turbans but I tie nice printed silk scarfs around my head and it looks like I´m actually wearing one. This time I decided to style my turban with a very easy outfit: a khaki green dress with a denim jacket and some platform sandals.

I bought these sandals in Asos and I´ve noticed they´ve become really popular. I´ve seen a lot of bloggers wearing them and I have to say they´re the perfect summer shoe. They´re cool and comfortable at the same time. Lastly, I added a white clutch that matches the sandals to complete the look. What do you think?

Hoy os traigo un look mucho más veraniego porque el tiempo ha sido fantástico estos días. He podido ponerme vestidos y faldas sin tener que llevar medias. Espero que este sol nos dure un tiempo.

Me gustan mucho los turbantes últimamente. Son perfectos para llevar esos días en los que no tenemos el pelo bien y creo que le dan un toque ideal a los looks. Yo no tengo turbantes, pero me ato pañuelos con estampados chulos en la cabeza y parece que llevo uno. Esta vez decidí combinar mi turbante en un look muy sencillo: vestido verde khaki, chaqueta vaquera y sandalias de plataforma.

Compré estas sandalias en Asos y se han convertido en algo muy popular. He visto a muchas bloggers llevarlas y he de decir que son el calzado perfecto para verano. Son muy chulas, pero cómodas al mismo tiempo. Por último, añadí una cartera blanca a juego con las sandalias para completar el conjunto. ¿Qué opináis?

Knitted Jumpsuit

Good morning cuties!

First of all, Happy Father´s Day! Today´s look is fun and springy even though the weather right now is horrible. It´s raining and it´s super cold but I still have a good mood since I´m going to Porto tomorrow and the weather there seems to be quite nice.

I love knitted pieces and they´re super in trend at the moment. I wanted some knitted culottes or a pair of knitted flare pants but I couldn´t manage to get ones myself so when I saw this jumpsuit in the Zara TRF S/S 15 collection I had to get it. I love that boho vibe that it has because of the harem pants and I have to say it´s the most comfortable clothing piece ever. It´s like you´re wearing your PJ´s!

I decided to style it very easily with a camo jacket and some platform sandals that I recently got from Asos. Lastly, I completed the look with a black quilted bag and some bright pink lips to add a pop of color. What do you think?

Lo primer de todo, feliz día a todos los papás y, en especial al mío. El look de hoy es fresquito y primaveral, a pesar de que el tiempo ahora es horrible. Está lloviendo y hace mucho frío, pero sigo estando de buen humor porque me voy a Oporto mañana y ahí parece que hace mucho mejor. 

Me encantan las prendas de punto y son una gran tendencia ahora. Quería comprarme unos culottes o unos pantalones de campana de punto, pero no los encontré a tiempo. Por ello, cuando vi este mono en la nueva colección P/V 15 de Zara TRF no pude resistirme. Me encanta el aire boho de los pantalones estilo harem y he de decir que es la prenda más cómoda del mundo. ¡Es como llevar puesto el pijama!

Decidí combinarlo de forma muy sencilla con una chaqueta de camuflaje y unas sandalias de plataforma que compré hace poco en Asos. Completé el look con un bolso negro acolchado y labios en rosa fucsia para darle un toque de color al conjunto. ¿Qué os parece?

Botanical Garden

Good morning sweeties!

Last week we visited the Botanical Garden in Madrid. September is my favorite season in the city and we went out and did a bit of sightseeing. This wonderful place is a green space in the middle of a busy and noisy city where you can breath fresh air and enjoy the plants and trees that are over there. I´ve been leaving in Madrid for 24 years and never visited the Botanical Garden before, silly me. I loved the architecture of this place which makes it such a romantic scenario. Definitely, a place where we van get lost. I took advantage of the occasion and decided to wear my brand new Asos playsuit since it´s the perfect piece for this weather. I love that open back detail and the fact that the fabric is thick and comfortable. I styled it with some platform «ugly shoes» and a mini white bag because this playsuit doesn´t require too much accessories. Hope you liked the shots we took and, of course, the look!

La semana pasada fuimos al Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid para aprovechar estos primeros días de septiembre, mi temperada favorita en la ciudad. Un espacio verde en medio de una ruidosa y alborotada ciudad donde se respira el aire puro de las flores. Llevo 24 años en Madrid y nunca había entrado, mal por mí. La verdad es que me encantó la disposición de las plantas y de los árboles con pasillos y fuentes que me recuerdan a un escenario de lo más romántico. En definitiva, un lugar para perderse. Aproveché la ocasión para estrenar un mono que me compré en las rebajas de Asos y que es perfecto para estos primeros días de septiembre. Me encanta el detalle de la espalda abierta y el tejido es muy suave y cómodo. Me lo puse con unas sandalias de plataforma y un bolsito pequeño blanco para que el mono fuese el protagonista del look. No necesita mucho adorno. ¡Espero que os gusten las fotos que hicimos y, por supuesto, el look!

Stripes & Leather, Perfect Combination

Good morning gorgeous!

Today I´m showing you more of a summer-fall transitioning look. Leather pants are my favorite piece ever and I couldn´t wait to style them in a look. Leather and stripes is just a timeless and perfect combination that always works for me. Leather is not the best fabric for summer but you can still wear it for a night out or a casual afternoon like I did this time. On my feet I went for some platform slides to keep it all more summery and added accessories like a studded clutch and some black sunnies. I feel really comfortable in this look and I have to say that I´m super excited for the fall to arrive so I can start wearing more leather pieces. Hope you like it!

Hoy quiero enseñaros un look más apropiado para la transición de verano a otoño. Los pantalones o leggings de cuero son mi prenda favorita de siempre y no podía esperar más a sacarlos del armario. El cuero y el estampado de rayas es una combinación intemporal y perfecta para mí. El cuero no es el mejor material para el verano, pero podemos llevarlo por la noche o al caer la tarde si hace más fresquito. En los pies he apostado por unas sandalias de plataforma para que el look fuese más veraniego y he añadido algunos complementos como una cartera de tachuelas y unas gafas de sol negras. Me siento muy cómoda con este look y he de decir que estoy deseando que llegue el otoño para poder ponerme todas mis prendas de cuero. ¡Espero que os guste!
