Festival Vibes

Good morning my loves!

Since the festival season has already started I will be showing you  here in the blog some options that I´d wear if I was going to a music festival. Boho chic looks have always been my favorites but you can dress them up or down depending on your mood.

Today´s look is an example of how to dress boho chic but still feel girly, chic and dressed up. The main piece in this outfit is the black midi dress. What I love about this dress is the fringing and that´s what makes it more boho and festival appropriate. It has a low V neck and thin straps. It´s really comfortable and suits the body really well.

I decided to style it with some caged chunky heel sandals because you have to wear comfortable shoes to survive festivals. Lastly, it´s time to play with the accessories. Silver and blue jewelry is my favorite at the moment. I layered a few bracelets and went for a statement necklace to make the look stand out a lot more. What do you think?

Como la época festivalera ya ha empezado quiero ir enseñando aquí en el blog algunas de las opciones que yo escogería si fuese a un festival. El estilo boho chic siempre ha sido mi favorito, pero podemos vestir más o menos los looks en función de lo que nos guste.

El look de hoy es un ejemplo de cómo vestir boho siendo fieles a un estilo chic, femenino y más vestido. La pieza clave de este conjunto es el vestido midi negro. Me encanta el aire hippie y desenfadado que le dan los flecos. Tiene un escote bajo en forma de V y tirantes finos. Es un vestido muy cómodo y que sienta muy bien.

Decidí combinarlo con sandalias de tacón grueso porque siempre hemos de llevar calzado cómodo a los festivales. Por último, es hora de jugar con los complementos. La bisutería en plata y azul es mi favorita ahora. Me puse algunas pulseras y un collar llamativo para darle más gracia al outfit. ¿Qué opináis?

Midi Dress & Ugly Shoes

Good morning guys!

I just can´t control myself when buying midi dresses. Every time I go into a store I just want to get them all, I´m obsessed. This time I want to show you my latest purchase. It´s a very basic midi dress that I bought from Pull & Bear and it was really cheap. It´s one of those staple pieces in my closet that I wear a lot because it´s very easy to throw on.

Today I decided to style it with a khaki green long jacket and some platform ugly shoes that I rescued from last summer. I used to wear them non stop and now I remember why. It´s a very comfortable outfit that I like to wear when I´m a bit lazy and don´t want to put that much effort on my look.

Lastly, I completed the outfit with some cute and summery accessories like the cat eye sunglasses and the straw bag. What do you think?

No puedo resistirme a los vestidos midi. Siempre que entro en una tienda y veo prendas de este tipo no puedo evitar comprármelas. Esta vez quiero enseñaros mi última adquisición. Es un vestido básico gris que compré en Pull & Bear y fue baratísimo. Es una de esas prendas que tengo como fondo de armario porque me pongo muchísimo. 

Hoy decidí combinarlo con una chaqueta larga en verde khaki y unas sandalias de plataforma que he rescatado del verano pasado. Fueron mi perdición y ahora recuerdo por qué. Es un outfit muy cómodo, una opción perfecta para los días en los que no queremos comernos mucho la cabeza con nuestro look. 

Por último, completé el conjunto con complementos bastante veraniegos como las gafas de sol y el bolso largo de paja. ¿Qué os parece?

Happiness

Good morning babes!

How are you spending you´re day? I´m going to spend the day with all my family and have lunch together. The weather is being wonderful so it´s going to be a perfect day to spend in the countryside although I´ll be missing my dad because he´s in China at the moment.

Today´s look is pretty simple since I wanted to play a bit with the accessories. I went for a grey midi dress because you all know how much I love this kind of dresses and a leather jacket on top. On my feet I decided to wear some sneakers to add a sporty vibe and the fun part comes with the accessories.

I added a beautiful silver necklace that´s from Happiness Boutique, a jewelry brand that I didn´t know before. I love their necklaces and this one is spectacular. It´s very outstanding and it has a boho chic vibe that I always go for during the warmer months. Lastly, I chose a long strap black bag and some really cool sunnies. What do you think?

¿Cómo vais a pasar el Jueves Santo? Yo voy a pasarlo con toda mi familia y vamos a comer juntos. El tiempo está siendo una maravilla últimamente, por lo que hoy es un día perfecto para pasar en el campo. Aún así, echaré en falta a mi padre que está en China esta semana. 

El look de hoy es muy sencillito porque quería jugar más con los accesorios. Aposté por un vestido midi gris porque ya sabéis lo mucho que me gustan este tipo de vestidos y una chaqueta de cuero encima. En los pies decidí ponerme unas zapatillas para darle un toque más deportivo al conjunto y la parte divertida viene con los complementos.

Quise estrenar mi nuevo collar de Happiness Boutique, una marca de bisutería que no conocía hasta ahora. Tienen unos collares preciosos y este en concreto es espectacular. Es muy llamativo y me encanta el aire boho chic que tiene, un estilo por el que siempre apuesto en los meses de más calor. Por último, completé el look con un bolso de asa larga en negro y unas gafas de sol muy chulas. ¿Qué os parece?

The midi version

Good morning sweeties!

I´m back in Madrid and the weather is so awful… The spring season hasn´t arrived here yet. I miss the sunny weather in Porto. I hope this is just a moment thing and that the weather will change soon.

Today´s look is perfect for the winter to spring transition since it has a few layers and it allows you to keep warm from the cold but still feel springy. I decided to style a midi dress with a leather jacket and to spice up the look a bit more I tied a denim shirt around my waist. I think it looks way cooler and put together.

Lastly, I went for some chunky heel boots on my feet and completed the look with a red bag that gives a very nice pop of color to such a plain outfit. What do you think?

Ya estoy de vuelta en Madrid con este tiempo tan horrible… Parece que la primavera todavía no ha llegado aquí y echo mucho de menos el buen tiempo de Oporto. Espero que esto sea pasajero y el tiempo cambie pronto.

El look de hoy es ideal para la transición de invierno a primavera porque combina un par de capas que nos resguardan del frío, pero sin perder ese aire primaveral que tanto apetece llevar ahora. Decidí combinar un vestido midi con una chaqueta de cuero y una camisa vaquera atada a la cintura. Creo que le da mucho más rollo al conjunto,

Por último, en los pies aposté por unos botines de tacón grueso y completé el look con un bolso rojo que aporta un toque de color muy bonito. ¿Qué os parece?

The First One

Good morning cuties!

First outfit of the year and a pretty special one since it´s what I chose to wear on New Year´s Eve. I stayed at home for a family dinner so I didn´t dress up that much. I wanted to wear something casual but still with a glam touch.

I´m a huge fan of bodycon midi pieces, both skirts and dresses, and I love styling them in formal looks or more casual ones. They´re such a versatile piece… This time I decided to wear a midi grey dress with a plaid shirt tied around the waist to add a bit of an edge. To achieve that glamourous and elegant touch I went for a pair of high heels and some outstanding earrings.

Lastly, I threw on a green faux fur coat to keep my warm and cozy. I received this coat for Christmas and I´m obsessed with it. I looove the color and it looks amazing with a lot of stuff. What do you think of the first outfit of 2015?

Buenos días monadas!

Primer look del año y uno muy especial, ya que es el que escogí para la noche de Fin de Año. Me quedé en casa para pasar la noche con la familia, por lo que tampoco quería vestirme demasiado, pero sí darle al look un aire glamuroso que acompañase la última noche del año.

Soy muy fan de las prendas ajustadas de largo midi, tanto faldas como vestidos, y me encanta combinarlos tanto en looks formales como en otros más casual. Son una prenda muy versátil… Esta vez decidí ponerme un vestido midi gris con una camisa de cuadros atada a la cintura para darle ese aire grunge al look. El toque glamuroso y elegante lo conseguí con los taconazos y los pendientes joya llamativos.

 Por último, me puse un abrigo de pelo verde encima para no morirme de frío. Me regalaron este abrigo por Navidad y estoy obsesionada con él. Me encanta el color y queda de cine con un montón de cosas. ¿Qué os parece el primer look del 2015?

Midi Dress Part II

Good morning sweeties!

It seems like the fall does´t want to arrive and the days are still super hot here in Madrid. I´m a bit tired of this warm weather and want to get out my cozy sweaters and coats from the closet. Last week I showed you this same dress but in a more fancier and put together look. This time I want to show you how to dress down such a versatile piece and create a very casual and wearable look, perfect for lazy days. I changed the heel sandals and went for a pair of cool sneakers. I love pairing fancy dresses with casual trainers for a casual chic outfit. Then, I added a Panama hat for a more summery vibe. Do you like dressing down fancy pieces?

Parece que el otoño no quiere llegar y los días siguen siendo súper calurosos en Madrid. Estoy ya un poco cansada del sol y el calor porque quiero sacar mis jerséis y abrigos ya del armario. La semana pasada os enseñé este mismo vestido en un look más elegante para el trabajo. Hoy quiero enseñaros como vestir este mismo vestido de una forma más casual y «ponible». Un vestido muy versátil que también podemos llevar en ocasiones más informales. Cambié las sandalias de tacón por unas zapatillas deportivas porque me encanta mezclar prendas que no tienen nada que ver. Así consigo ese efecto casual chic que tanto me gusta. Por último, añadí un sombrero Panamá para acompañar más a este tiempo veraniego. ¿A vosotros también os gusta mezclar prendas formales e informales?

Black Midi

Good morning loves!

Since yesterday I did a post about what to wear when going back to school or work, today I want to show you a look that´s perfect to go to work. It´s super chic and urban but still comfortable at the same time. I think midi dresses and skirts are a key piece in our wardrobe because they always look very girly and grown up and they´re perfect to wear for fancier occasions. Also, midi pieces are super in trend this season so you´ll be seeing this kind of piece a lot here in the blog. They´re very flattering and you can still wear them more casually with an oversized sweater and some boots or trainers. This time I went for a midi black dress because it´s a staple piece. Timeless, classic and super versatile. I decided to style it with some buckle heel sandals and a floral print bomber jacket to add a bit of color to such a dark outfit. Lastly, I chose a monochrome bag because it keeps it all very put together and looks great with the colors in the jacket. What do you think?

Como ayer hice un post sobre qué llevar para la vuelta al cole o al trabajo, hoy he querido enseñaros un look es perfecto para este tipo de ocasión. Es muy chic y urbano, pero cómodo al mismo tiempo. Creo que los vestidos y las faldas midi son una prenda clave en nuestro armario porque tienen un estilo femenino y maduro y son estupendos para llevar en ocasiones más elegantes. Además, las prendas midi está muy de moda esta temporada por lo que las veréis mucho aquí en el blog. Sientan de maravilla y combinarlas en looks más informales añadiendo un jersey oversized y unas botas o zapatillas de deporte. Esta vez yo aposté por un vestido negro midi porque es un imprescindible en nuestro armario. Intemporal, clásico y muy versátil. Decidí combinarlo con unas sandalias de tacón y con hebillas y una chaqueta bomber de estampado floral para darle un toque de color a un outfit muy oscuro. Por último, añadí un bolso en blanco y negro porque va de cine con los colores de la chaqueta. ¿Qué os parece?

Lost in the woods

Good morning beautiful!

Can´t believe we´re already in August… July has gone so quickly! August afternoons and nights can get a little bit colder so today I decide to show you guys the perfect outfit for those chilly summer evenings. I shot the outfit in this weird forest that I thought it was pretty cool. Hope you like the background too. I went for a monochrome midi dress because in my opinion midi dresses and skirts are the perfect piece to wear when it´s a little bit cold but still hot at the same time. This dress is the easiest piece to style because you just have to accessorize it a bit and you´re good to go. This time I decided to wear it with a spiked denim jacket to give it a cool vibe and some strappy thick heel sandals that are chic but super comfortable at the same time. Last but not least, I added this bag to keep it all very monochrome and gave the look a pop of color with a bright pink lip. What do you think?

No me puedo creer que ya estemos en Agosto… Julio se me ha pasado súper deprisa. Las tardes y noches en Agosto pueden ser más fresquitas, por lo que hoy he decidido enseñaros un look perfecto para esas tardes de Agosto en las que hay que abrigarse solo un poquito. Hice las fotos en este bosque siniestro que pensé que quedaría súper chulo. Espero que os guste el escenario… En cuanto al look, aposté por un vestido blanco y negro midi porque los vestidos y faldas midi son la prenda perfecta para llevar en esas tardes-noches más fresquitas. Este vestido es una prenda facilísima de combinar porque sólo hay que añadirle algún complemento y listo. Yo esta vez me decanté por una cazadora vaquera con pinchos para darle ese toque «cool» y unas sandalias negras de pulsera con tacón gordo, chic y cómoda al mismo tiempo. Por último, escogí este bolso para mantener el look muy monocromático y el toque de color lo di con un labio rosa. ¿Qué os parece?

Grey Midi Dress

Good morning sweeties!

It´s monday again and I´m really excited for this week because the blog will be doing one year very soon now. I can´t believe it´s been a year now, time passes by so fast… These days I´ll be showing you some stuff I´ve been buying in the sales. I haven´t talked that much about the sales in the blog because I´m not really a crazy sale buyer. I pick up things here and there but I don´t really do that much shopping. This grey midi dress is from the Zara sales and the price wasn´t reduced that much but anyways it was really cheap. I thought it could be a nice basic piece to add to my closet because these kind of dresses come very handy during the summer. They´re very easy to throw on for casual looks or even on top of a bikini to chill by the pool. This time I decided to give it a twist and dress it up a little to come out with a really cool look that´s great for the summer evenings. I styled it with an oversized denim jacket that I also bought in the Zara sales and that I´m in love with. It´s super big and baggy, great for my boyfriend and tomboyish looks. I´m sure you´ll be seeing it a lot here! Then, I added some chunky heel white shoes and cool accessories like these quote sunnies and a statement silver necklace. What do you guys think?

Ya estamos a lunes y esta semana estoy muy emocionada porque el blog cumplirá un año dentro de muy poquito. No me puedo creer que ya haya pasado un año, el tiempo vuela… Estos días or iré enseñando algunas cositas que me he ido comprando en las rebajas. No he hablado mucho de las rebajas en el blog porque no soy una gran fan de las compras de rebajas. Suelo comprar algunas cosillas que me voy encontrando, pero no me vuelvo loca. Este vestido midi en gris fue una compra de rebajas. No estaba muy rebajado, pero aún así fue súper barato. Pensé que sería un buen básico que añadir a mi armario porque este tipo de vestidos siempre son muy útiles en verano. Son fáciles de combinar en looks informales o incluso encima de un bikini para un día de piscina. Esta vez decidí huir un poco de lo convencional y aposté por un look más elaborado y cool ideal para las tardes de verano. Me lo puse con una chaqueta vaquera oversized que también he comprado en las rebajas de Zara y la cual me tiene enamorada. Es muy grande y desenfadada, ideal para looks más masculinos. ¡Estoy segura de que la veréis mucho por aquí! Luego añadí unos zapatos blancos de tacón gordo y completé el look con accesorios chulos como estas gafas de sol redondas o un collar llamativo en plata. ¿Qué opináis chicos?

Bodycon Midi

Hi loves!

How was your week start? Mine was pretty busy because I had to do some work stuff and I´m finishing my final essay. Yesterday the Stylight Fashion Blogger Awards were celebrated and I´m super happy that there were some spanish bloggers over there. Hope one day in the future I can make it to attend this awards. It would be awesome! The outfit I´m showing you today is a very comfy but cool one. It was a very nice day, it felt almost like spring and I was able to wear a dress without tights. This dress is one of my favorites because that beautiful print it has all over it. The shape is awesome, very figure hugging and the quality is quite good. On my feet I´m wearing my platform Dr Martens dupes and I put the outfit together with a parka and a nice small black bag. Hope you guys enjoy the outfit!

Qué tal habéis empezado la semana? La mía ha sido bastante ajetreada entre el trabajo y mi proyecto de fin de grado. Ayer se celebraron los premios de Stylight a las blogger de moda y estoy contentísima de que fuesen algunas bloggers españolas.  Ojalá algún día pueda asistir yo a eso premios. Sería genial! El outfit que os enseño hoy es uno muy cómodo, pero cool al mismo tiempo. Hacía un día bastante bueno, parecía casi primavera, y pude ponerme un vestido sin medias. Este vestido es uno de mis favoritos porque tiene un estampado ideal, la forma es estupenda y la calidad muy buena. En los pies llevo mis botas de plataforma parecidas a las Dr Martens y he completado el outfit con una parka y un bolso pequeño en negro. Espero que os guste el outfit chicos!
