Turtle Neck

Good morning loves,

One of my favorite clothing pieces during the winter season are turtle neck sweaters. They´re very warm and cozy and they look super chic with almost any outfit. Also, they´re classic and timeless. Even thought they´ve never gone out of fashion, this last two years turtle neck pieces have been super in trend.

For today´s look, I decided to wear a grey turtle neck sweater with some black tailored pants. To give the outfit a casual vibe I went for some white sneakers but you can totally wear some heels for the perfect office look. I really enjoy wearing casual chic outfits to the office with a bit of a sporty vibe. I think it looks cool and it´s the most comfortable option.

Lastly, I completed the outfit with some round sunglasses and a white clutch. I´m wearing my hair tucked in the sweater neck because it´s also very trendy. I find it super comfortable and I like myself with short hair. I´m thinking about changing my hair for a short bob. What do you think?

Una de mis prendas favoritas en invierno son los jerséis de cuello alto. Son súper agradables y calentitos y le dan un aire muy chic a casi cualquier look. Además, son una prenda clásica e intemporal. Aunque este tipo de jerséis nunca pasan de moda, estos dos últimos años se han convertido en un imprescindible.

Para el look de hoy, he decidido combinar un jersey de cuello alto gris con unos pantalones de traje negros. Para darle al conjunto un aire más informal, aposté por unas zapatillas blancas. No obstante, podemos sustituirlas por unos buenos tacones para un look ideal de oficina. A mi personalmente me gustan mucho los outfits casual chic con cierto toque deportivo para llevar a la oficina. Creo que quedan muy bien y además son la opción más cómoda.

Por último, he completado el look con unas gafas de sol redondas y una cartera blanca. Me he metido el pelo por el cuello del jersey porque es algo que también esta muy de moda. Me resulta cómodo y me gusta verme con el pelo corto. Estoy pensando en cambiar de look y apostar por un corte bob. ¿Vosotros qué opináis?

Mixing Dark Shades

Good morning babes!

Last fall/winter season I used to wear a lot the navy blue and black combo and this year I still like it a lot. I think these two colors work great together both for formal and casual looks.

This time I decided to style a navy blue high neck sweater with some black skinny jeans. To break a bit with the darkness of the outfit I added some white accessories like a clutch and my platform brogues.

Lastly, I styled my hair in a low bun to keep it all more relaxed and effortless and completed this casual chic look with some sunglasses. I think this outfit is perfect for work because it´s easy and comfortable but chic and stylish at the same time. It´s also a little bit tomboyish, something that I really like lately. What do you guys think?

La pasada temporada otoño/inviernos solía llevar mucho la combinación de azul marino y negro y este año me sigue gustando mucho. Creo que estos dos colores encajan a la perfección tanto para crear looks más formales o más desenfadados.

Esta vez decidí combinar mi jersey azul marino de cuello alto con unos vaqueros negros skinny. Para darle un poco de luz a un look tan oscuro aposté por complementos en blanco con una cartera y unos zapatos de cordones y plataforma.

Por último, me hice un moño bajo para seguir en la línea de outfit relajado y completé este look casual chic con unas gafas de sol. Creo que este conjunto es perfecto para llevar al trabajo porque es cómodo y sencillo, pero chic y estiloso al mismo tiempo. También tiene un aire muy masculino que me encanta últimamente. ¿Vosotros qué opináis chicos?

Tweed Jacket

Good morning gorgeous!

The fall has definitely arrived and this shitty weather is making me so depressed. I don´t want to leave the bed in the morning and with this horrible rain all I want to do is stay at home all day in the couch. I don´t care too much about the cold but I hate the rain and it´s very difficult to take shots of my outfits with this weather. Anyways, today´s look I wore it a couple of days ago when the rain still hand´t arrived. I wanted to show you this tweed coat/jacket that I bought in the summer at the Asos sale. It´s been in my closet since august and I finally can wear it now. I decided to style it in a casual chic look with boyfriend jeans and heels, one of my favorite combination from all times. To put the outfit together I threw on a Fedora hat that always adds a very cool touch to the look. Hope you like it!

El otoño ha llegado para quedarse y este tiempo horrible me está deprimiendo. No quiero levantarme de la cama por las mañanas y con esta lluvia dan ganas de quedarse en el sofá de casa todo el día. No me importa nada el frío, pero la lluvia la odio y es muy difícil sacar fotos de mis looks con este tiempo. De todas formas, el look de hoy lo llevé hace un par de días cuando la lluvia todavía no había llegado. Tenía muchas ganas de enseñaros este abrigo/chaqueta tipo Chanel que compré en las rebajas de Asos en verano. Ha estado colgado en mi armario desde entonces y finalmente ya puedo ponérmelo. Decidí combinarlo con unos jeans boyfriend y unos tacones, una de mis combinaciones favoritas de siempre. Para completar el look añadí un sombrero Fedora que siempre le da un toque muy chulo a los conjuntos. ¡Espero que os guste!

You make me blush

Good morning sweeties!

Another casual chic mix with a midi skirt and some sneakers. I´m really enjoying wearing this combo at the moment because it´s perfect for this strange weather we´re having. This kind of look is perfect for layering and you´re not hot or cold. I bought this midi skirt from New Look and I love that blush color. I didn´t own anything in that same color before. I decided to style it with a cream sweatshirt that I bought in the Zara sales and which I love because of that detailing on the back. Lastly, I added some black sneakers and a bagpack to keep it all even more casual and relaxed. You can definitely wear this skirt more dressed up by adding a cute top or shirt and a pair of heels. What do you guys think?

Otro look casual chic con una falda midi y unas zapatillas. Me gusta mucho esta combinación ahora porque es perfecta para este tiempo tan raro que hace. Este look es perfecto para añadir más o menos capas y así no pasar ni frío ni calor. Compré la falda en New Look y me encanta ese color rosa apagado. No tenía ninguna prenda de este color en mi armario. Decidí combinarla con una sudadera que compré en las rebajas de Zara y que me encanta por esos detalles en la espalda. Por último, añadí una mochila y un par de zapatillas negras para darle un aire aún más casual y desenfadado. Esta falda se puede vestir mucho más sólo con añadir un top o una camisa bonitos y un par de tacones. ¿Qué os parece chicos?

Baggy Pants

Good morning cuties!

I have to admit that culottes are just my thing, I love them. Every time I see a look with a pair of culottes I fall in love immediately. I think these kind of pants are the coolest ever and they´re so comfy. I like to wear them in casual everyday outfits but also in a fancier way like for a meeting or to go to work. This time I decided to show you a look in which I style a pair of culottes in a more dressed up way. I´ve already said you that basic sweaters are my closet essential because I wear them almost everyday during the fall/winter season. For today´s look I went for a pair of black culottes with a grey sweater and some chunky heel mules. The perfect outfit to go to work or a meeting. I love how formal but easy this outfit is and I think is pretty comfy and wearable. Lastly, I completed the look by adding a monochrome bag and a small belt. What do you think?

He de admitir que los culottes son mi prenda estrella, me encantan. Cada vez que veo un look con este tipo de pantalones me llama la atención inmediatamente. Creo que son una pasada y además comodísimos. Me gusta llevarlos en conjuntos informales para el día a día, pero también de forma más elegante para ir a una reunión o al trabajo. Esta vez he querido enseñaros un look en el que visto más los culottes. Ya os he dicho que los jerséis básicos son un imprescindible en mi armario porque me los pongo casi todos los días durante la temporadas otoño/invierno. En el look de hoy he combinado unos culottes negros con un jersey gris y unos zuecos de tacón grueso. El conjunto perfecto para ir a trabajar o a una reunión. Me encanta lo formal que es, pero sencillo y muy «ponible» al mismo tiempo. Por último, he completado el outfit añadiendo un bolso en blanco y negro y un cinturón fino. ¿Qué os parece?

Midi Dress Part II

Good morning sweeties!

It seems like the fall does´t want to arrive and the days are still super hot here in Madrid. I´m a bit tired of this warm weather and want to get out my cozy sweaters and coats from the closet. Last week I showed you this same dress but in a more fancier and put together look. This time I want to show you how to dress down such a versatile piece and create a very casual and wearable look, perfect for lazy days. I changed the heel sandals and went for a pair of cool sneakers. I love pairing fancy dresses with casual trainers for a casual chic outfit. Then, I added a Panama hat for a more summery vibe. Do you like dressing down fancy pieces?

Parece que el otoño no quiere llegar y los días siguen siendo súper calurosos en Madrid. Estoy ya un poco cansada del sol y el calor porque quiero sacar mis jerséis y abrigos ya del armario. La semana pasada os enseñé este mismo vestido en un look más elegante para el trabajo. Hoy quiero enseñaros como vestir este mismo vestido de una forma más casual y «ponible». Un vestido muy versátil que también podemos llevar en ocasiones más informales. Cambié las sandalias de tacón por unas zapatillas deportivas porque me encanta mezclar prendas que no tienen nada que ver. Así consigo ese efecto casual chic que tanto me gusta. Por último, añadí un sombrero Panamá para acompañar más a este tiempo veraniego. ¿A vosotros también os gusta mezclar prendas formales e informales?

Marble Bag

Good morning lovelies!

You all know how much I love marble print because I´ve already done an inspiration post about it and I´ve shown you a few pieces with this cool print. Well, when I saw this marble print bag in the sales I couldn´t resist because I´ve seen a lot of stuff rocking this print but never a bag. I thought it was pretty different and super easy to throw on because of that basic colors. Today I decided to style it in a casual chic summer outfit with another trendy piece, the skort. I threw on a grey tank on top to match the color palette and added a moto leather jacket in case it gets a bit chilly in the night. Last but not least, I decided to wear my beloved flatform sandals and some cool mirror Ray Ban aviators. What do you guys think?

Ya todos sabéis lo mucho que me gusta el estampado mármol porque he escribí un post de inspiración sobre este estampado y también os he enseñado algún look llevándolo. Bueno, cuando vi este bolso de estampado mármol en las rebajas no pude resistirme porque he visto un montón de prendas con este estampado, pero nunca antes había visto un bolso. Pensé que era bastante diferente y que sería muy fácil de combinar por esa gama de colores neutrales. Hoy he decidido combinarlo en un look veraniego casual chic con otra prenda muy de moda, la falda-pantalón. Me puse una camiseta gris para que fuese a juego con la paleta de colores del bolso y una chupa de cuero negra por si hace fresquito por la noche. Por último, decidí ponerme mis queridas sandalias de plataforma y unas gafas de sol Ray Ban estilo aviador de espejo. ¿Qué os parece chicos?

Monday Contrasts

Good morning loves!

It´s monday again and we need to start the week full of energy! That´s why today´s look is nothing boring or dark but the perfect casual monday look. You already know how much I love to play with different styles or trends and mix and match different pieces that are not meant to go together. Today´s outfit is based on that contrast between the top part and the bottom part. The midi skirt gives the look a very girly and romantic touch and the spiked denim jacket gives that edgy and rocker vibe. I think white and denim were born to be together and they´re the perfect combo. To complete the outfit I went for a pair of caged sandals and a crossed body mini bag. The result is a very comfy look that´s perfect for a casual chic monday. What do you guys think?

Es lunes y hay que empezar la semana cargados de energía! Por eso, el look de hoy no es nada aburrido u oscuro, sino el look perfecto para un lunes informal. Ya todos sabéis que me gusta mucho jugar con distintos estilos y mezclar prendas muy diferentes y que, a priori, parece que no pegan ni con cola. El conjunto de hoy juega con el contraste entre la parte de arriba y la parte de abajo. La falda midi de vuelo aporta un aire muy femenino y romántico, mientras que la chaqueta vaquera de pinchos le da ese toque más rockero y atrevido al look. Creo que el blanco y el denim se llevan de maravilla y siempre es una combinación acertada. Para completar el look, he apostado por unas sandalias tipo cangrejeras y un bolso mini cruzado. El resultado, un conjunto muy cómodo que sigue el estilo casual chic perfecto para un lunes. ¿A vosotros que os parece chicos?
