Sweater Skirt

Good morning my loves!

What I´m showing you today is a very cool Friday night look that I created with a sweater worn as a skirt. I saw Fanny Lyckman wear this Zara sweater as a skirt and I thought it looked amazing so I gave it a go.

Sweater skirts have been a big trend during the last winter season but you can still wear them with lighter clothes like I did this time. I love how the sleeves look tied on the front and the slits on the sides make it look even more like a pencil skirt. I styled it with a white crop top and some chunky heel mules for a more chic night outfit.

To keep it all very simple and minimal I threw on a light duster coat on top in case it gets a little bit chilly at night. I didn´t wear any accessories but you can play with jewelry pieces or a colorful clutch. What do you think?

Lo que os enseño hoy es un look muy chulo a partir de un jersey puesto a modo de falda, perfecto para una noche de viernes. Vi a Fanny Lyckman llevar este jersey de Zara de una forma diferente y me pareció una idea genial, por lo que decidí probarla.

Las faldas jersey han sido una gran tendencia la pasada temporada de invierno, pero podemos seguir llevándolos siempre que los combinemos con prendas más veraniegas. Me encanta cómo quedan las mangas atadas por delante y las aberturas laterales hacen que parezca una falda lápiz. Lo combiné con un crop top blanco y unos zuecos para un look chic de noche.

Para mantener una línea simple y minimalista me puse una chaqueta larga finita en negro en caso de que haga más fresquito al caer la noche. No llevo accesorios, pero podemos jugar con algo de bisutería en plateado o alguna cartera colorida. ¿Qué opináis?

Friday I´m in love

Good morning babes!

As the famous song by The Cure says, I´m in love with Fridays. Friday is definitely my favorite day in the week because we´re super excited for the weekend and Friday nights are the best. That’s the reason why today’s outfit is super fun, daring and very me. I feel so happy we this kind of combinations…

I decided to style some ripped jeans with a grey crop top and a white shirt tied around the waist to add more volume and make the look more interesting. Since it´s still pretty chilly I threw on an oversized grey coat on top and completed this casual outfit with some white sneakers.

Lastly, I added a pop of color and sweetness with some pastel pink sunnies that I´ve had for a long time know. A very cool but still casual and wearable look, perfect for a Friday. What do you think?

Como dice la famosa canción de The Cure, estoy enamorada del viernes. El viernes es mi día favorito de la semana porque estamos con muchas ganas de finde y las noches siempre son las mejores. Esa es la razón por la que el look de hoy hace homenaje al viernes: divertido, atrevido y muy yo. Me siento muy feliz y cómoda con este tipo de combinaciones…

Decidí combinar unos vaqueros rotos con un crop top gris y una camisa blanca atada a la cintura para añadir volumen y darle al look un toque más interesante. Como todavía hace fresquito me puse un abrigo grande gris por encima y completé este outfit tan casual con unas zapatillas blancas.

Por último, le di al conjunto un aire más colorido y dulce con unas gafas en rosa pastel que tengo desde hace mucho tiempo. Un look muy cool, pero «ponible» al mismo tiempo que resulta perfecto para un viernes desenfadado. ¿Qué os parece?

Start & Stop

Good morning gorgeous!

We´re already in February and the weather doesn´t seem to change a bit. It´s freezing cold these days and spring seems so far away… I´m pretty depressed with this weather!

Anyways, today´s look is very casual chic with the faux fur coat and the black skinny jeans.   I wanted to show you my new Zara sneakers. They´re from the TRF S/S 15 collection and I love them. I think that black strap with the letters looks really cool and makes the sneaker look a lot different. They´re definitely going to be my go-to sneakers when creating sporty chic style outfits.

To complete the look, I added a black Fedora hat with a low ponytail and went for some bold burgundy lips for a bit of an edge. What do you think?

Ya estamos a mediados de febrero y el tiempo parece que nunca va a mejorar. Está haciendo muchísimo frío y cada vez se me hace más lejana la llegada de la primavera… Estoy bastante deprimida con este tiempo.

Bueno, el look de hoy es muy casual chic con el abrigo de pelo y los vaqueros negros pitillo. Tenía muchas ganas de enseñaros mis nuevas zapatillas de Zara. Son de la colección S/S 15 de TRF y me chiflan. Creo que la tira negra con las letras las transforma por completo, dándolas un aire muy diferente. Seguro van a ser mi primera opción a la hora de crear looks de estilo sporty chic. 

Para completar el conjunto aposté por un sombrero Fedora negro con coleta baja y unos labios en burdeos para darle un toque grunge. ¿Qué os parece?

Silver, Khaki & Black

Good morning cuties!

I told you I was wearing a lot of black lately. Yesterday I showed you a grey and black outfit and today I switched grey for khaki green. I think these cold and grey days are making me feel really dark and depressed and that affects to my style too.

For today´s look I went for a pair of leather joggers and a black sweater to keep it all relaxed but still cool and edgy. I threw on a long duster coat and some chunky heel mules on my feet for a casual Friday night out outfit.

Since the look was super dark I decided to play a bit with the accessories and added a little pop of color with a khaki green beanie and a silver small crossbody bag. Lastly, I styled my hair in a side braid for a gitly touch and completed the look with some cat eye sunglasses. What do you think?

Os dije que últimamente mis looks estaban siendo muy oscuros. Ayer os enseñé un outfit en gris y negro y hoy he cambiado el gris por el verde khaki. Creo que estos días fríos y grises me hacen sentir deprimida y ausente de color y eso también afecta a mi estilo. 

Para el look de hoy aposté por unos pantalones tipo jogger de cuero negros y un jersey en negro también para lograr un aire desenfadado, pero cool y atrevido al mismo tiempo. Encima me puse un abrigo largo negro y en los pies unos zuecos de tacón grueso. Un look casual perfecto para un viernes por la noche.

Como el look era muy negro decidí jugar un poco con los accesorios añadiendo sutiles toques de color con el gorro en verde khaki y el bolso en plateado. Por último, peiné mi pelo en una trenza de lado para darle un aspecto más femenino y completé el look con unas gafas de sol ojo de gato. ¿Qué os parece?

The First One

Good morning cuties!

First outfit of the year and a pretty special one since it´s what I chose to wear on New Year´s Eve. I stayed at home for a family dinner so I didn´t dress up that much. I wanted to wear something casual but still with a glam touch.

I´m a huge fan of bodycon midi pieces, both skirts and dresses, and I love styling them in formal looks or more casual ones. They´re such a versatile piece… This time I decided to wear a midi grey dress with a plaid shirt tied around the waist to add a bit of an edge. To achieve that glamourous and elegant touch I went for a pair of high heels and some outstanding earrings.

Lastly, I threw on a green faux fur coat to keep my warm and cozy. I received this coat for Christmas and I´m obsessed with it. I looove the color and it looks amazing with a lot of stuff. What do you think of the first outfit of 2015?

Primer look del año y uno muy especial, ya que es el que escogí para la noche de Fin de Año. Me quedé en casa para pasar la noche con la familia, por lo que tampoco quería vestirme demasiado, pero sí darle al look un aire glamuroso que acompañase la última noche del año.

Soy muy fan de las prendas ajustadas de largo midi, tanto faldas como vestidos, y me encanta combinarlos tanto en looks formales como en otros más casual. Son una prenda muy versátil… Esta vez decidí ponerme un vestido midi gris con una camisa de cuadros atada a la cintura para darle ese aire grunge al look. El toque glamuroso y elegante lo conseguí con los taconazos y los pendientes joya llamativos.

 Por último, me puse un abrigo de pelo verde encima para no morirme de frío. Me regalaron este abrigo por Navidad y estoy obsesionada con él. Me encanta el color y queda de cine con un montón de cosas. ¿Qué os parece el primer look del 2015?

Flared

Good morning cuties!

Just a few days left for Christmas… So exciting! I´ve been looking for the perfect pair of flared jeans for the longest time and when I found these ones in Stradivarius I just couldn´t leave them behind. They´re perfect!

I used to wear flared jeans like crazy when I was a teenager and it feels great wearing them again. I love the fit and how cool they look with almost everything. Now I have my perfect flared jeans I´m in he hunt for some black flared pants.

I decided to style the jeans with a fur coat because these two pieces were born to be together. I love the seventies vibe and the outfit is perfect for the cold winter days. You can´t see what I´m wearing on my feet but I just went for a pair of high heel booties. Flared jeans need a good pair of heels to elongate the legs. Lastly, I completed the look with a black crossbody bag. What do you think?

Sólo quedan un par de días para Navidad… ¡Qué emoción! He estado buscando un par de vaqueros de campana muchísimo tiempo y cuando encontré estos en Stradivarius no pude resistirme. ¡Son perfectos!

Solía llevar pantalones de campana cuando era adolescente y sienta fenomenal recuperar una tendencia de hace tantos años. Me encanta cómo quedan y el aire tan chulo que le dan a cualquier look. Ya tengo mi par de vaqueros de campana y ahora busco unos pantalones de traje negros de este corte también. 

Decidí combinar los vaqueros con un abrigo de pelo porque creo que estas dos prendas nacieron para estar juntas. Me encanta el rollo setentero y es un look perfecto para estos días de frío invierno. No se aprecia qué zapatos llevo, pero opté por unos botines de tacón negros. Los pantalones de campana necesitan de un buen par de taconazos para alargar las piernas. Por último, completé el conjunto con un bolso negro de asa larga. ¿Qué os parece?

Playmobil

Good morning sweeties!

Today I want to show you some photos we took last week featuring some jewelry pieces. When I saw these Playmobil matching ring and bracelet I completely fell in love. They remind me a lot to my childhood when I used to play a lot with these toys. I love creative and different jewelry pieces and I find them super fun to style.

They´re not too outstanding so you can definitely wear them in everyday looks. Also, I love silver jewelry that has that little something that makes it cool and different but keeping it all very simple and minimalistic. Hoy quiero enseñaros algunas fotos que hicimos la semana pasada para enseñar mi nueva bisutería. Cuando vi este anillo y pulsera a juego de Playmobil me enamoré por completo. Me recuerdan a mi infancia cuando solía jugar sin parar con estos jueguetitos. Me encanta la bisutería creativa que apuesta por lo diferente y la encuentro muy divertida a la hora de combinarla.

No son demasiado llamativas, por lo que podemos ponérnoslas en looks de diario. Además, yo soy muy fan de la bisutería en plata que tiene algún detallito que la hace diferente, pero manteniendo una línea simple y minimalista. Ripped & Plaid

Good morning sweeties!

I´m back to my grunge edgy style with a cool fall outfit that I styled a couple of days ago. You all know how much I like these outfits sometimes. My style is super versatile and depending on my mood I sometimes dress very chic and mature or edgy and grungy. For today´s look I decided to style my destroyed jeans with a black crop top and a plaid shirt tied around the waits. I´m very into tying my shirts and jackets around my waist because I think it gives the look a very cool touch. For my feet, I went for a pair of cut out buckle boots and completed the outfit with a black studded bag. When my looks are black and white monochrome I always like to add a pop of color with my accessories or make up. This time I went for a bold red lip and I love the result. What do you guys think?

He vuelto a mi estilo atrevido y más grunge con un outfit de otoño que llevé hace un par de días. Ya todos sabéis lo mucho que me gustan este tipo de looks a veces. Mi estilo es muy versátil y, dependiendo de mi humor, unos días me visto más chic y madura y otros más atrevida y rockera. Para el look de hoy decidí combinar mis jeans rotos con un crop top negro y una camisa de cuadros atada a la cintura. Últimamente me gusta mucho atar mis camisas y chaquetas a la cintura porque creo que le da un toque muy cool a los looks. En los pies aposté por unos botines de aberturas y hebillas y completé el conjunto con un bolso negro de tachuelas. Cuando mis looks carecen de color y son en blanco y negro me gusta alegrarlos con mis accesorios o mi maquillaje. Esta vez opté por un labio en rojo y me encantó el resultado. ¿Vosotros qué opináis?

Sunday Inspo: Back to School

Good morning lovelies!

Since today is the first week of september I wanted to write a post about the fact that we´re all going back to school, college or work. Summer is officially over but the positive side of getting back to the routine is that we can start wearing really cute clothes and start rocking the upcoming fall trends. We can´t go back to school or work without a pair of new shoes and the trendiest shoes at the moment are platform or flat brogues and loafers. Platform loafers were already in trend last autumn/winter season but now they´re even more trendy and fashionable. I love them because these kind of shoes are pretty tomboyish but very chic at the same time. They´re great for those of us who are a bit small and need to wear a bit of height but still stay comfortable all day long. Now I´ll show you some pics that really inspire me and get me in the mood to take back the routine dressing quite stylish. Hope you enjoy!

Estamos ya en la primera semana de septiembre y he querido escribir un post que tuviese que ver con la vuelta al cole, la universidad o el trabajo. Es oficial, el verano se ha acabado, pero el lado positivo de la vuelta a la rutina es que podemos empezar a ponernos prendas ideales y ponernos al día con las últimas tendencias de esta temporada que se acerca. No podemos volver al colegio o al trabajo sin un par de zapatos nuevos y este año los que más se llevan son los zapatos oxfords o los mocasines con plataforma. Los mocasines con plataforma ya se llevaban el año pasado, pero este año los veremos aún más. A mí me encanta este tipo de calzado porque tiene un aire muy andrógino, pero chic al mismo tiempo. Son perfectos para las que somos más bajitas y necesitamos ganar algo de altura, pero estar cómodas durante el día. Ahora os enseñaré algunas fotos que a mí me inspiran muchísimo y me animan a volver a la rutina vistiendo con estilo. ¡Espero que os gusten!

Cargo Jacket

Good morning sweeties!

Khaki green and black always make a great combination and I really like how it looks in summer when you have a tan. For today´s look I decided to wear a black skirt and a black crop top to make it look like I´m wearing a two piece. I went for a total black outfit with some black slides but keeping it all very summery. Lastly, I threw on this army inspired jacket because it really makes the look stand a lot more. I love military pieces like this one, to me they´re pretty cool. What I do if the day is super hot I just tie the jacket around my waist and I´m good to go. What do you guys think?

El verde khaki y el negro siempre crean una combinación fantástica y me gusta mucho cómo queda en verano cuando estoy más bronceada. Para el look de hoy he decidido combinar una falda negra con un crop top negro para que parezca que llevo un dos piezas. Aposté por un look total negro con unas sandalias negras, pero manteniendo el conjunto muy veraniego. Por último, he añadido una chaqueta de inspiración militar que le da ese toque más chulo al outfit. Me encantan las prendas militares como esta, creo que quedan genial. Lo que hago si el día es muy caluroso es atarme la chaqueta a la cintura y listo. ¿Qué os parece chicos?
