Henna

Good morning loves!

A couple of weeks ago I organized this event with all the Arabian Embassies and it was really fun. I got to know more about their culture and took the chance to get my hand done with henna. I´ve always loved tattoos and henna designs so I didn´t have to travel to some place like Morocco because I could have my henna done at this event. It´s almost disappeared by know because it only lasts for a week or so but I´ve really enjoyed wearing it these past days.

For the look I went for a very casual summery one with a bit of a boho vibe thanks to the blouse and the henna. I styled a pair of black shorts that I recently got from Shenside with some platform slides. These shorts are the shortest I´ve ever had. They´re super tiny but I really like them. Lastly, I completed the look with a brown satchel bag and a Fedora hat. What do you think?

Hace un par de semanas organicé un evento en el que participaban todas las Embajadas Árabes y fue súper divertido. Pude conocer más sobre su cultura y aproveché la oportunidad de hacerme henna en la mano. Siempre he sido muy fan de los tatuajes y la henna y no tuve que irme muy lejos a algún país tipo Marruecos para hacérmela porque pude en este evento. Ya casi se me ha borrado porque dura un par de semanas, pero he disfrutado mucho llevándola estos últimos días.

En cuando al look aposté por algo muy casual y veraniego con cierto toque boho gracias a la blusa y la henna. Combiné unos shorts negros que me he comprado en Sheinside con unas sandalias de plataforma. Estos shorts son los más cortos que he tenido. Son diminutos, pero me encantan. Por último, completé el conjunto con un bolso tipo satchel en marrón y un sombrero Fedora. ¿Qué opináis?

My Own Business

Good morning sweeties!

I was super excited to show you this outfit and I want to start the week with something that´s really me and very my style. I´ve been eyeing for a pair of new Jeffrey Campbell´s for a long time now and I finally convinced myself to invest in some good quality summer shoes.

I love caged sandals and these brown ones are just stunning. They´re so well made… They´re comfortable and they look amazing on. I also love the track sole that makes them look more casual cool. I decided to style them with some black shorts and a white tee that says «Mind your own business», so hilarious. To put the outfit together I threw on a khaki green light jacket.

Lastly, I completed the look with a few accessories like some cool sunnies and a black fringed bag that gives a very nice boho vibe. What do you think?

Tenía muchísimas ganas de enseñaros este look y quería comenzar la semana con algo que fuese muy yo, muy de mi estilo. Llevo un tiempo pensando en comprarme unos nuevos Jeffrey Campbell y al final me convencí a mí misma para invertir en unos zapatos buenos para verano.

Me encantan las sandalias tipo cangrejeras y estas marrones son espectaculares. Están tan bien hechas… Son comodísimas y quedan genial puestas. Me encanta la suela dentada que las da un aire más cool y desenfadado. Decidí combinarlas con unos shorts negros y una camiseta que dice «Mind your own business», súper graciosa. Para terminar de completar el conjunto me puse una chaqueta verde khaki.

Por último, es turno para los accesorios y escogí unas gafas de sol chulas y un bolso de flecos negro que aporta un toque muy boho. ¿Qué os parece?

Sunday Inspo: Lace Up Shoes

Good morning babes!

Today´s inspiration post is once again about shoes, my biggest passion. Lace up shoes are the must have shoe this season. I already showed you this week some sandals that I recently bought from Zara. Lace up shoes might not be the comfiest but they´re definitely super pretty and outstanding.

You can find lace up flats, sandals and heels. I love them all! I know Parfois came out with some lace up flats that have become a boom in the bloggersphere. Lace up heels are definitely the prettiest ones. They´re so chic and feminine… I think you feel like a super powerful woman wearing those and they can spice up any basic and plain outfit. El post de inspiración de hoy va dedicado una vez más a los zapatos, mi gran pasión. Los zapatos de lazada son los más populares esta temporada. Ya os enseñé en un post esta semana unas sandalias de este tipo que compré en Zara. Puede que no sean los zapatos más cómodos del mundo, pero seguro son los más bonitos y llamativos.

Podemos elegir entre bailarinas, sandalias o tacones con lazada. ¡A mí me encantan todos! Sé que Parfois sacó unas bailarinas con cordones que han sido un boom en el mundo blogger. Los tacones con cordones o lazada son los más espectaculares. Quedan tan chic y femeninos… Nos hacen sentir una mujer súper poderosa y transforman un look muy básico dandole un aire más especial y sofisticado. He escogido algunos ejemplos de zapatos de lazada que me gustan mucho y un par de looks para hacernos una idea de cómo combinarlos. ¡Espero que os guste el post y os inspire!

Walking on heels

Good morning dears!

Fridays are always exiting because the weekend has just started and when the weather is so nice and sunny it´s even better. I want to show you a Friday night out look that you can wear both to a girls party or a dinner.

I showed you these sandals on my Instagram and they were quite popular. I recently bought them in Asos and they´re stunning. They´re the perfect shoe to wear with any kind of outfit and immediately add a super chic and glam touch. This time I decided to style them with a khaki green midi skirt and a crochet crop top. Very cute and summery. You can add some kind of leather moto jacket if it gets chilly at night and a nice clutch to go with it. ¡Hope you like it!

Los viernes siempre son emocionantes porque el finde acaba de empezar y con este sol y buen tiempo anima aún más a salir a la calle. Quiero enseñaros un look de viernes noche que podemos llevar tanto para salir de fiesta con las amigas como para una cena más tranquila.

Os enseñé estas sandalias en mi Instagram y gustaron bastante. Las he comprado en Asos hace poco y son impresionantes. Son el calzado perfecto para ponernos con cualquier look y automáticamente sentirnos más chic y glamourosas. Esta vez decidí combinarlas con una falda midi verde khaki y un crop top de crochet. Muy femenino y veraniego. Podemos añadir algún tipo de chaqueta de cuero por encima en caso de que refresque por la noche y completar el look con una cartera bonita. ¡Espero que os guste!

Lace Up

Good morning cuties!

Today I want to stop a minute and talk about something that always happens to me and pisses me off. I don´t know if I have super sensitive feet but there are so many shoes that hurt my feet and leave me horrible blisters. Zara shoes hurt me like the most and every time I wear a pair for the first time I take two steps and I´m already crying in pain. I don’t know if you suffer from this too but it´s the proof that fashion can really hurt sometimes. My boyfriend is always complaining because he´s constantly asking me to wear sneakers and stay comfortable rather than wearing painful shoes.

I´m talking about this because the shoes I´m showing you today are a very good example. When I first tried them on I thought they were the comfiest shoes ever but nah! After walking for about half an hour they started making me blisters everywhere. My feet have now a lot of scars and they´re all because of the shoes. Besides this, I love how they look. I hate when beautiful shoes are the most painful ones…

I decided to wear them with some navy blue culottes and an off the shoulder top. I like wearing lace up shoes with long or midi pieces because if you wear them with shorts or shorter skirts they can make your legs look huge. Lastly, I completed the look with a nice clutch and some red lips to make the look more chic and elegant. What do you think?

Buenos días monadas!

Hoy quiero pararme un rato para hablaros de algo que siempre me ha pasado y que me da mucha rabia. No sé si tengo los pies hipersensibles, pero la mayoría de zapatos suelen hacerme daño y siempre acabo con ampollas o rozaduras. Los zapatos de Zara son los más «matadores» como digo yo. Cada vez que los estreno me echo a llorar tras haber dado dos pasos. No sé si a vosotros os pasará lo mismo, pero es la prueba de que la moda a veces duele y mucho. Mi novio siempre se queja y me pide que me ponga unas zapatillas cómodas en vez de escoger siempre el calzado más doloroso.

Os hablo de esto porque los zapatos que llevo hoy son un claro ejemplo. Cuando me los probé por primera vez me parecieron comodísimos, pero erroooor. Después de caminar una media hora en ellos los pies me empezaron a doler muchísimo y me hicieron heridas por todos lados. Ahora tengo los pies llenos de cicatrices y es un horror. A pesar de esto, me parecen unos zapatos preciosos y me encantan. Cuanto más bonito es el zapato, más dolor causa.

Decidí ponérmelos con unos culottes azul marino y un top de hombros al aire. Este tipo de zapatos siempre suelo combinarlos con prendas largas o midi porque me da la sensación de que ensanchan mucho la pierna con prendas más cortas. Por último, completé el look con una cartera y unos labios en rojo para dar ese toque chic y femenino. ¿Qué os parece?

Festival Vibes

Good morning my loves!

Since the festival season has already started I will be showing you  here in the blog some options that I´d wear if I was going to a music festival. Boho chic looks have always been my favorites but you can dress them up or down depending on your mood.

Today´s look is an example of how to dress boho chic but still feel girly, chic and dressed up. The main piece in this outfit is the black midi dress. What I love about this dress is the fringing and that´s what makes it more boho and festival appropriate. It has a low V neck and thin straps. It´s really comfortable and suits the body really well.

I decided to style it with some caged chunky heel sandals because you have to wear comfortable shoes to survive festivals. Lastly, it´s time to play with the accessories. Silver and blue jewelry is my favorite at the moment. I layered a few bracelets and went for a statement necklace to make the look stand out a lot more. What do you think?

Como la época festivalera ya ha empezado quiero ir enseñando aquí en el blog algunas de las opciones que yo escogería si fuese a un festival. El estilo boho chic siempre ha sido mi favorito, pero podemos vestir más o menos los looks en función de lo que nos guste.

El look de hoy es un ejemplo de cómo vestir boho siendo fieles a un estilo chic, femenino y más vestido. La pieza clave de este conjunto es el vestido midi negro. Me encanta el aire hippie y desenfadado que le dan los flecos. Tiene un escote bajo en forma de V y tirantes finos. Es un vestido muy cómodo y que sienta muy bien.

Decidí combinarlo con sandalias de tacón grueso porque siempre hemos de llevar calzado cómodo a los festivales. Por último, es hora de jugar con los complementos. La bisutería en plata y azul es mi favorita ahora. Me puse algunas pulseras y un collar llamativo para darle más gracia al outfit. ¿Qué opináis?

A Summer Breeze

Good morning gorgeous!

We start a new week and a new month with a boho chic outfit that I really like. I love the location in the pictures, I think it looks quite magic and peaceful with a very nice mix of green and white tones.

I called this post summer breeze because this is my go-to outfit for a summer afternoon. I paired some high waist denim shorts with a white crochet crop top for a beachy look and threw on a beautiful cover up that gives the outfit a very nice boho chic vibe. I´ve showed you this cover up before but I was wearing it as a dress. That demonstrates that it´s a very versatile piece that you can wear in many different ways.

On my feet I went for some caged sandals because they´re still in trend this season and I remember I used to wear them a lot last summer since they´re really comfortable. Lastly, I completed the look with some round sunnies and a septum ring. What do you think?

Comenzamos nueva semana y nuevo mes con un look boho chic que me gusta mucho. Me encanta el lugar donde hicimos las fotos. Creo que refleja cierta magia y serenidad con esa mezcla de tonos verdes y blancos.

He llamado a este post brisa de verano porque esta es mi elección para una tarde veraniega. Combiné unos shorts vaqueros de cintura alta con un crop top de crochet blanco muy playero. Encima opté por ponerme una especie de kimono largo que le da el toque boho al conjunto. Ya me habéis visto este kimono antes, pero lo llevaba como vestido. Eso demuestra lo versátil que es esta prenda que podemos ponernos de diferentes maneras.

En los pies escogí unas cangrejeras negras porque siguen estando de moda. Me las puse muchísimo el verano pasado porque son comodísimas. Por último, completé el conjunto con unas gafas de sol redondas y un aro para el septum. ¿Qué opináis?

Dark Coral

Good morning cuties!

We start the weekend and mine it´s going to be a pretty busy one since I´m doing a burger party with some friends today and I have to work at an event tomorrow. The worst part of being an event organizer is having to work on weekends but it´s still fine for me.

A month ago or so I showed you a ver boho chic and 70´s inspired way of wearing this denim skirt and today I want to show you a totally different look. I styled the denim skirt with a white tee and a khaki green duster coat for a casual chic afternoon summer look. On my feet I went for some platform sandals and completed the look with accessories.

The dark coral clutch gives the outfit a very nice pop of color and this shade is definitely one of my favorites this season. Lastly, I completed the look with some mirrored round sunglasses. What do you think?

Buenos días monadas!

Comenzamos el finde y este va a ser uno ajetreado para mí porque hoy organizo una especia de barbacoa con los amigos y mañana trabajo en un evento. La peor parte de ser organizadora de eventos es tener que trabajar los findes, pero es algo que tampoco me importa mucho.

Hace un mes os enseñé una forma muy boho chic y setentera de combinar esta falda vaquera y hoy os quiero enseñar una versión completamente distinta. Combiné la falda con una camiseta blanca y una chaqueta larga verde khaki para un look casual chic de tarde. En los pies aposté por unas sandalias de plataforma y los accesorios dan el toque final.

La cartera en ese tono rosa coral le da un toque de color precioso al look y además es uno de mis colores favoritos de esta temporada. Por último, completé el outfit con unas gafas de sol redondas de espejo. ¿Qué os parece?

Frills

Good morning babes!

Keeping on with the summer mood I´m into and to celebrate we´re in the last week of may today´s look is very boho chic, perfect to wear on a summer night out. I told you a few weeks ago I attended this pop up store that Market Dreams organized and picked up a few things from different designers.

These shorts are one of those pieces and they´re from the brand Mixture. This brand was one of my favorites because it reminded me a lot to Ibiza and they had really cool boho chic and hippie pieces. These shorts were love at first sight. I love the shape of them and the print is beautiful. I decided to style them with an off the shoulder black blouse. Let me tell you I´m obsessed with off the shoulder tops. I could buy them all…

Lastly, I played a bit with the accessories and went for a big suede Fedora hat and a black bag. On my feet I decided to wear my new River Island heels. They´re really comfortable and I love the zip detail on the front. What do you think?

Siguiendo en la línea veraniega y para celebrar que estamos ya en la última semana de mayo, hoy os traigo un look muy boho chic perfecto para las noches de verano. Ya os dije hace un par de semanas que fui a una pop up store que organizaba Market Dreams y cogí un par de cosillas de diferentes diseñadores.

Estos shorts son una de esas prendas y pertenecen a la marca Mixture. Fue una de las marcas que más me gustó con su estilo ibicenco y prendas muy boho chic. Estos shorts fueron amor a primera vista. Me encanta la forma holgada y el estampado es precioso. Decidí combinarlos con una blusa negra de hombros al aire. He de deciros que estoy obsesionada con los tops de hombros al aire. Me los compraría todos…

Por último, jugué con algún accesorio como el sombrero grande de ante y un bolso básico negro. En los pies decidí estrenar mis nuevos tacones de River Island. Son muy cómodos y me encanta el detalle de la cremallera en la parte delantera. ¿Qué os parece?

Navy Blue & White

Good morning sweeties!

I know today´s look might not be ideal for hot weather but here in Madrid spring is sometimes a weird season. You can have a super hot summer day today and maybe tomorrow you have to throw on a coat to go outside. That´s what happened when I wore this look last week. It was a pretty cold day and what I usually do is throw some kind of coat on top of a light top.

Navy blue and white is one of my favorite color combinations. It reminds me to sailors and I think it looks really put together. I decided to wear a navy blue mac coat that´s from Style Moi and which I love. Perfect shape, length and good quality material. I styled it with some white high waist tailored pants and a beautiful crochet crop top. This crop top is pretty popular here in the blogger atmosphere and I´ve waited quite a long time to show it to you.

On my feet I went for some sneakers because they give the look a very cool sporty touch. Lastly, I paired it all with some blue mirrored sunglasses that I haven´t worn for a while. ¡Hope you like it!

Sé que el look de hoy puede no ser el ideal para los días de calor, pero la primavera en Madrid puede ser una estación muy inestable. Un día hace un calor de verano y al día siguiente necesitas un abrigo para salir de casa. Eso es lo que pasó cuando saqué las fotos de este look. Hacía fresquito y opté por ponerme un abrigo encima de un top veraniego. 

La combinación blanco y azul marino es una de mis favoritas. Me recuerda al estilo marinero y creo que queda muy bien. Escogí un abrigo azul marino de Style Moi que me encanta. Tiene la forma y largo perfectos y la calidad es bastante buena. Lo combiné con unos pantalones blancos de cintura alta y un crop top de crochet ideal. Este crop top ha sido una prenda bastante popular en el mundo blogger y no sé por qué he tardado tanto en estrenarlo.

En los pies aposté por unas zapatillas porque le dan un toque deportivo al conjunto y completé el outfit con unas gafas de sol de espejo en azul marino. ¡Espero que os guste el post!
