Lace Up

Good morning cuties!

Today I want to stop a minute and talk about something that always happens to me and pisses me off. I don´t know if I have super sensitive feet but there are so many shoes that hurt my feet and leave me horrible blisters. Zara shoes hurt me like the most and every time I wear a pair for the first time I take two steps and I´m already crying in pain. I don’t know if you suffer from this too but it´s the proof that fashion can really hurt sometimes. My boyfriend is always complaining because he´s constantly asking me to wear sneakers and stay comfortable rather than wearing painful shoes.

I´m talking about this because the shoes I´m showing you today are a very good example. When I first tried them on I thought they were the comfiest shoes ever but nah! After walking for about half an hour they started making me blisters everywhere. My feet have now a lot of scars and they´re all because of the shoes. Besides this, I love how they look. I hate when beautiful shoes are the most painful ones…

I decided to wear them with some navy blue culottes and an off the shoulder top. I like wearing lace up shoes with long or midi pieces because if you wear them with shorts or shorter skirts they can make your legs look huge. Lastly, I completed the look with a nice clutch and some red lips to make the look more chic and elegant. What do you think?

Buenos días monadas!

Hoy quiero pararme un rato para hablaros de algo que siempre me ha pasado y que me da mucha rabia. No sé si tengo los pies hipersensibles, pero la mayoría de zapatos suelen hacerme daño y siempre acabo con ampollas o rozaduras. Los zapatos de Zara son los más «matadores» como digo yo. Cada vez que los estreno me echo a llorar tras haber dado dos pasos. No sé si a vosotros os pasará lo mismo, pero es la prueba de que la moda a veces duele y mucho. Mi novio siempre se queja y me pide que me ponga unas zapatillas cómodas en vez de escoger siempre el calzado más doloroso.

Os hablo de esto porque los zapatos que llevo hoy son un claro ejemplo. Cuando me los probé por primera vez me parecieron comodísimos, pero erroooor. Después de caminar una media hora en ellos los pies me empezaron a doler muchísimo y me hicieron heridas por todos lados. Ahora tengo los pies llenos de cicatrices y es un horror. A pesar de esto, me parecen unos zapatos preciosos y me encantan. Cuanto más bonito es el zapato, más dolor causa.

Decidí ponérmelos con unos culottes azul marino y un top de hombros al aire. Este tipo de zapatos siempre suelo combinarlos con prendas largas o midi porque me da la sensación de que ensanchan mucho la pierna con prendas más cortas. Por último, completé el look con una cartera y unos labios en rojo para dar ese toque chic y femenino. ¿Qué os parece?
